Sir Thomas William Brograve Proctor-Beauchamp, 4th Bt.1 
He was given the name of Thomas William Brograve Beauchamp-Proctor at birth.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1838 in the Royal Horse Guards.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1854 in the East Suffolk Artillery Militia.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1861 in the 2nd Battalion, Norfolk Rifle Volunteers.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Beauchamp-Proctor, of Langley Park, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1745] on 14 March 1861.1 On 9 July 1862 his name was legally changed to Thomas William Brograve Proctor-Beauchamp by Royal Licence.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Norfolk.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk in 1869.1

Norfolk [G.B., 1745] on 7 October 1874.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Norfolk.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Norfolk.2
