     Charles Gilfrid Lewthwaite was born on 15 April 1884.¹ He was the son of Sir William Lewthwaite, 1st Bt. and Helena Jane Challinor.² He died on 29 July 1917 at age 33, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War, he was mentioned in despatches and was wounded.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd North Midland Brigade, Royal Field Artillery.¹

     Violet Mary Lewthwaite is the daughter of Sir William Lewthwaite, 1st Bt. and Helena Jane Challinor.² She married Robert Edward Morris-Eyton, son of Charles Edward Morris-Eyton and Isabel Margaret Hay Eyton, on 16 June 1920.¹
     From 16 June 1920, her married name became Morris-Eyton. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire in 1943.¹

     Candice Brockwell is the daughter of Anthony Brockwell.¹ She married Thomas Richard Howorth Greenly, son of Richard Anthony Howarth Greenly and Belinda Audrey Lockett.¹
     Her married name became Greenly.¹

     Robert Edward Morris-Eyton was the son of Charles Edward Morris-Eyton and Isabel Margaret Hay Eyton.² He married Violet Mary Lewthwaite, daughter of Sir William Lewthwaite, 1st Bt. and Helena Jane Challinor, on 16 June 1920.¹ He died on 24 January 1936.
     He lived at Calvington, Shropshire, England.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Beryl Mary Stopford Hickman was the daughter of Major Stopford Cosby Hickman.¹ She married Sir William Lewthwaite, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Lewthwaite, 1st Bt. and Helena Jane Challinor, on 26 October 1910.¹ She died on 10 July 1970.¹
     From 26 October 1910, her married name became Lewthwaite.

     Sir William Anthony Lewthwaite, 3rd Bt. was born on 26 February 1912.¹ He was the son of Sir William Lewthwaite, 2nd Bt. and Beryl Mary Stopford Hickman.² He married Lois Mairi Kerr-Clark, daughter of Captain Struan Robertson Kerr-Clark and Lady Beatrice Minnie Ponsonby Moore, on 9 July 1936.¹ He died on 25 December 1993 at age 81.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1933 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Lewthwaite, of Broadgate, Parish of Thwaites, co. Cumberland [U.K., 1927] on 13 June 1933.¹ He was a practising solicitor in 1937.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Signals.¹ He was partner of Tatham and Burgis between 1959 and 1966.¹

     Lois Mairi Kerr-Clark was the daughter of Captain Struan Robertson Kerr-Clark and Lady Beatrice Minnie Ponsonby Moore.¹ She married Sir William Anthony Lewthwaite, 3rd Bt., son of Sir William Lewthwaite, 2nd Bt. and Beryl Mary Stopford Hickman, on 9 July 1936.¹ She died on 12 January 2001.¹
     From 9 July 1936, her married name became Lewthwaite.

     Elizabeth Mary Lewthwaite was born on 30 August 1950.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Anthony Lewthwaite, 3rd Bt. and Lois Mairi Kerr-Clark.² She died on 6 July 1969 at age 18 at Wasdale Head, Cumberland, England^G, in a walking accident.¹
     She was educated at Francis Holland School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ She was educated at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Catherine Jane Lewthwaite was born on 16 March 1954.¹ She is the daughter of Sir William Anthony Lewthwaite, 3rd Bt. and Lois Mairi Kerr-Clark.² She married William Tobias Hall, son of S. J. Hall, in 1986.¹
     From 1986, her married name became Hall.
