Sir William Richard Benyon1 
He was given the name of William Richard Shelley at birth.1 In 1964 his name was legally changed to William Richard Benyon by Deed Poll.1 In 1967 his name was legally changed to William Richard Benyon by Royal Licence.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckingham between 1970 and 1983.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Milton Keynes between 1983 and 1992.3

Sir George Robert Mowbray, 5th Bt.1 
He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.2 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Mowbray, of Mortimer, Berks and Bishopwearmouth, co. Durham [U.K., 1880] on 2 February 1919.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire in 1925.2 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1930.2 He was President of the Council between 1933 and 1966 at Reading University, Reading, Berkshire, England.2 He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1945 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was Warden between 1945 and 1946 at Bradfield College, Bradfield, Reading, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was member of the Royal Commission on Civil Service between 1953 and 1955.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1957.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Berkshire in 1967.2
