     Alan Anthony Colleton Godsal was born in 1926.² He was the son of Hugh Godsal and Violet Abdy.^1,2 He married Lady Elizabeth Cameron Stopford, daughter of James Montagu Burgoyne Stopford, 8th Earl of Courtown and Christina Margaret Cameron, on 24 April 1962.¹ He died on 15 May 2011.³

     Hugh Godsal was born in 1893 at Omoturangi, New Zealand^G.² He was the son of Edward Hugh Godsal.³ He married Violet Abdy, daughter of Captain Sir Anthony Charles Sykes Abdy, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Alexandrina Victoria Bosville Macdonald, on 5 January 1925.³ He died on 11 May 1936.³

     Captain Hon. Edward Richard Barrington Stopford was born on 5 February 1914.¹ He was the son of Major James Richard Neville Stopford, 7th Earl of Courtown and Cicely Mary Birch.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Marie Elizabeth Douglas Henderson, daughter of Brigadier Harold Gordon Henderson and Beryl Douglas McCraith, on 10 May 1946.¹ He married, secondly, Millicent Watt, daughter of Geoffrey Watt, in 1978.¹ He died in 1990 at Beverley, Yorkshire, England.^1,2 He was buried at St. James Churchyard, Bierton, Buckinghamshire, England.²
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Norfolk Regiment.¹

     Anne Marie Elizabeth Douglas Henderson was born in 1921.² She was the daughter of Brigadier Harold Gordon Henderson and Beryl Douglas McCraith.^1,3 She married Captain Hon. Edward Richard Barrington Stopford, son of Major James Richard Neville Stopford, 7th Earl of Courtown and Cicely Mary Birch, on 10 May 1946.¹ She died in 1976.¹
     Her married name became Stopford.

     Brigadier Harold Gordon Henderson was born on 10 October 1895 at Paddington, London, England.² He was the son of John James Henderson and Elizabeth Elsie Prior de la Hey.² He married Beryl Douglas McCraith, daughter of Walter Douglas McCraith and Janet Jamieson, on 12 February 1920 at Christ Church, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.³ He died on 7 May 1966 at age 70 at Standish Hospital, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, England.²
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He lived at Hyde House, Chalford, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Michael James Patrick Stopford was born on 7 March 1950.¹ He is the son of Captain Hon. Edward Richard Barrington Stopford and Anne Marie Elizabeth Douglas Henderson.¹ He married Prudence Jane Louise Unsworth, daughter of Noel Scott Unsworth and Pauline Louise Grossenbacher, in 1985.¹
     He lived in 2003 at Pilgrim Cottage, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England^G.¹

     Christopher Gordon Edward Stopford was born on 18 December 1953.¹ He was the son of Captain Hon. Edward Richard Barrington Stopford and Anne Marie Elizabeth Douglas Henderson.¹ He died on 23 June 2014 at age 60.²
