     Sarah Rhett married Admiral Sir Thomas Frankland, 5th Bt., son of Henry Frankland and Mary Cross, in May 1743.¹ She died on 20 September 1808.¹
     Her married name became Frankland. She lived at South Carolina, U.S.A.²

     Henry Frankland was the son of Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Frances Russell.¹ He married Mary Cross, daughter of Alexander Cross.² He died on 23 August 1728.¹
     He held the office of Governor of Bengal.¹

     Mary Cross was the daughter of Alexander Cross.¹ She married Henry Frankland, son of Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Frances Russell.² She died on 14 October 1783.¹
     Her married name became Frankland.²

     Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1663.² He was the son of Sir William Frankland, 1st Bt. and Arabella Belasyse.³ He and Elizabeth Frances Russell obtained a marriage license on 14 February 1682/83.⁴ He died on 30 October 1726.
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Thirsk between 1685 and 1695.⁴ He held the office of Postmaster-General between 1690 and 1713.⁴ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hedon between 1695 and 1698.⁴ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Frankland, of Thirkleby [E., 1660] on 2 August 1697.⁴ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Thirsk between 1698 and 1711.⁴

     Elizabeth Frances Russell was the daughter of Sir John Russell, 3rd Bt. and Frances Cromwell.¹ She and Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. obtained a marriage license on 14 February 1682/83.¹ She died on 20 July 1733.¹
     Her married name became Frankland.

     Sir John Russell, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Francis Russell, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Wheatley.² He married Frances Cromwell, daughter of Oliver Cromwell and Elizabeth Bouchier, on 7 May 1663 at Chippenham, Cambridgeshire, England^G.² He died on 24 March 1672.²
     He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Russell.

     Elizabeth Bawdowin was the daughter of René Bawdowin.² She married, secondly, Rt. Hon. Adam de Cardonnel.³ She married, thirdly, Frederick Meinhardt Frankland, son of Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Frances Russell.³ She married, firstly, William Frankland, son of Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Frances Russell.² She died on 17 January 1736/37.¹
     Her married name became Frankland.¹ Her married name became de Cardonnel.¹

     Lieutenant Christopher Chenevix Trench was born on 14 April 1881.¹ He was the son of Colonel Charles Chenevix Trench and Emily Mary Lefroy.¹ He died on 13 April 1902 at age 20 at South Africa^G, killed on active service.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers.¹

     Lady Ann Lumley was the daughter of Richard Lumley, 1st Earl of Scarbrough and Frances Jones.¹ She married Frederick Meinhardt Frankland, son of Sir Thomas Frankland, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Frances Russell, in February 1738/39.² She died on 28 February 1739/40.
     Her married name became Frankland.
