     Sir Thomas Frankland, 6th Bt. was born in 1750.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir Thomas Frankland, 5th Bt. and Sarah Rhett.¹ He married Dorothy Smelt, daughter of William Smelt and Ursula Stanhope, in 1773.¹ He died on 4 January 1831.¹
     He graduated from Merton College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Thirsk between 1774 and 1780.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Frankland, of Thirkleby [E., 1660] on 21 November 1784.¹ He was a scientist and botanist.¹ He was he built a mansion at Thirkleby in 1788.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Yorkshire in 1792.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Thirsk between 1796 and 1801.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.)¹

     Edward Cecil Curzon was born on 8 November 1812.¹ He was the son of Hon. Robert Curzon and Harriet Anne Bisshopp, Baroness Zouche (of Hayngworth).¹ He married Amelia Sophia Charlotte Daniell, daughter of James Daniell, on 5 May 1834.¹ He died on 12 February 1885 at age 72.¹
     He was a practising barrister.¹

     Amelia Sophia Charlotte Daniell was the daughter of James Daniell.¹ She married Edward Cecil Curzon, son of Hon. Robert Curzon and Harriet Anne Bisshopp, Baroness Zouche (of Hayngworth), on 5 May 1834.¹ She died on 29 March 1892.¹
     From 5 May 1834, her married name became Curzon.¹

     James Daniell lived at Beddington House, Surrey, England.¹

     Robert Curzon, 14th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth) was born on 16 March 1810.¹ He was the son of Hon. Robert Curzon and Harriet Anne Bisshopp, Baroness Zouche (of Hayngworth).¹ He married Emily Julia Wilmot-Horton, daughter of Sir Robert Wilmot-Horton, 3rd Bt., on 27 August 1850.¹ He died on 2 August 1873 at age 63.¹
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Clitheroe between 1831 and 1832.¹ He was Attaché and Private Secretary to the Ambassador to the Otoman Empire in 1841.¹ He was awarded the Order of Nishan of Turkey.¹ He was Commissioner to arrange Turco-Persian boundaries in Erzerum between 1843 and 1844.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Lion and Sun of Persia.¹ He wrote the book Lay of the Purple Falcon, published 1847.¹ He wrote the book Catalogue of Materials For Wriitng…, published 1849.¹ He wrote the book Visits to the Monasteries in the levant, published 1849.¹ He wrote the book Armenia, published 1854.¹ He wrote the book A Short Account of Some of the Most Celebrated Libraries of Italy, published 1854.¹ He succeeded as the 14th Baron Zouche, of Haryngworth [E., 1308] on 15 May 1870.¹

     Emily Julia Wilmot-Horton was born circa 1822.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Robert Wilmot-Horton, 3rd Bt.¹ She married Robert Curzon, 14th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth), son of Hon. Robert Curzon and Harriet Anne Bisshopp, Baroness Zouche (of Hayngworth), on 27 August 1850.¹ She died on 11 March 1866.¹
     From 27 August 1850, her married name became Curzon.¹

     Sir Robert Wilmot-Horton, 3rd Bt. was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Wilmot-Horton.
