Pamela Louisa Eleanor Dillon was born on 26 August 1915.1 She was the daughter of Brigadier Eric FitzGerald Dillon, 19th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin and Nora Juanita Muriel Beckett.1 She married William Arthur Bampfylde Onslow, 6th Earl of Onslow, son of Richard William Alan Onslow, 5th Earl of Onslow and Hon. Violet Marcia Catherine Warwick Bampfylde, on 4 August 1936.1 She and William Arthur Bampfylde Onslow, 6th Earl of Onslow were divorced in 1962.1 She died in 1992.1
Her married name became Onslow. After her marriage, Hon. Pamela Louisa Eleanor Dillon was styled as Countess of Onslow on 9 June 1945. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Guildford in 1950.1

Richard William Alan Onslow, 5th Earl of Onslow was born on 23 August 1876.2 He was the son of William Hillier Onslow, 4th Earl of Onslow and Hon. Florence Coulston Gardner.3 He married Hon. Violet Marcia Catherine Warwick Bampfylde, daughter of Coplestone Richard George Warwick Bampfylde, 3rd Baron Poltimore and Hon. Margaret Harriet Beaumont, on 22 February 1906.3 He died on 9 June 1945 at age 68.2
