     Hon. Hugh Howard was born in 1761.² He was the son of Ralph Howard, 1st Viscount Wicklow and Alice Forward, Countess of Wicklow.^1,2 He married Catherine Bligh, daughter of Very Rev. Robert Bligh and Frances Winthrop, on 20 December 1792.³ He died on 3 November 1840.³
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Johnstown between 1790 and 1800.²

     Catherine Bligh was the daughter of Very Rev. Robert Bligh and Frances Winthrop.^1,2 She married Hon. Hugh Howard, son of Ralph Howard, 1st Viscount Wicklow and Alice Forward, Countess of Wicklow, on 20 December 1792.²
     From 20 December 1792, her married name became Howard.²

     Very Rev. Robert Bligh is the son of Rt. Hon. Thomas Bligh and Elizabeth Naper.¹ He married, firstly, Catherine Elliot in July 1742.¹ He married, secondly, Frances Winthrop, daughter of Stephen Winthrop, on 24 March 1757.¹
     He held the office of Dean of Elphin.²

     Alice Forward, Countess of Wicklow was the daughter of William Forward and Isabella Stewart.^1,2 She married Ralph Howard, 1st Viscount Wicklow, son of Rt. Rev. Robert Howard and Patience Boleyn, on 11 August 1755.¹ She died on 7 March 1807.¹
     Her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Alice Forward, Countess of Wicklow was styled as Baroness Clonmore on 21 July 1776. After her marriage, Alice Forward, Countess of Wicklow was styled as Viscountess Wicklow on 21 June 1785. She was created 1st Countess of Wicklow [Ireland] on 5 December 1793.¹

     William Forward married Isabella Stewart, daughter of William Stewart and Alice Wilkins, on 19 April 1731.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Castle Forward, County Donegal, Ireland^G.¹

     Robert Howard, 2nd Earl of Wicklow was born circa 1757. He was the son of Ralph Howard, 1st Viscount Wicklow and Alice Forward, Countess of Wicklow.² He died on 23 October 1815, unmarried.²
     He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Wicklow, of co. Wicklow [I., 1785] on 26 June 1789.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Clonmore, of Clonmore Castle, co. Carlow [I., 1776] on 26 June 1789.² He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Wicklow [I., 1793] on 7 March 1807.²

     Hon. Margaret Harriet Beaumont was born between March 1856 and December 1856.¹ She was the daughter of Wentworth Blackett Beaumont, 1st Baron Allendale and Lady Margaret Anne de Burgh.¹ She married Coplestone Richard George Warwick Bampfylde, 3rd Baron Poltimore, son of Augustus Frederick George Warwick Bampfylde, 2nd Baron Poltimore and Florence Sarah Wilhelmine Sheridan, on 19 May 1881.¹ She died on 4 August 1931.¹
     From 19 May 1881, her married name became Bampfylde.² After her marriage, Hon. Margaret Harriet Beaumont was styled as Baroness Poltimore on 3 May 1908.

     William Proby, 5th Earl of Carysfort was born on 18 January 1836 at Glenart, County Wicklow, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Admiral Granville Leveson Proby, 3rd Earl of Carysfort and Isabella Howard.¹ He married Charlotte Mary Heathcote, daughter of Reverend Robert Boothby Heathcote and Charlotte Sotheby, on 11 April 1860 at Chingford, Essex, England^G.¹ He died on 4 September 1909 at age 73 at Clevehurst, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, England^G, without issue.¹ He was buried on 9 September 1909 at Elton Hall, Huntingdonshire, England^G.¹ His will (dated 11 March 1878 to 1 July 1904) was proven (by probate) on 29 October 1909, at over £443,000.¹
     He was educated between 1847 and 1855 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1858 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Wicklow in 1866.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baron Carysfort, of Carysfort, co. Wicklow [I., 1752] on 18 May 1872.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Carysfort [I., 1789] on 18 May 1872.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Carysfort, of the Hundred of Norman Cross, co. Huntingdon [U.K., 1801] on 18 May 1872.¹ He was appointed Knight, Order of St. Patrick (K.P.) on 31 August 1874.¹ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of County Wicklow between 1890 and 1909.¹
     On his death, all of his titles became extinct.¹

     Frances Howard was the daughter of Hon. Hugh Howard and Catherine Bligh.^2,3 She married Willam Parnell-Hayes, son of Sir John Parnell, 2nd Bt. and Laetitia Charlotte Brooke, on 1 October 1810.¹ She died on 11 August 1814.¹
     Her married name became Parnell.

     Willam Parnell-Hayes was born in August 1780.¹ He was the son of Sir John Parnell, 2nd Bt. and Laetitia Charlotte Brooke.² He married Frances Howard, daughter of Hon. Hugh Howard and Catherine Bligh, on 1 October 1810.¹ He died on 2 April 1821 at age 40.¹
     He was given the name of William Parnell at birth. He lived at Avondale, County Wicklow, Ireland^G.¹
