Wicklow [I., 1752] on 18 May 1872.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Carysfort [I., 1789] on 18 May 1872.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Carysfort, of the Hundred of Norman Cross, co. Huntingdon [U.K., 1801] on 18 May 1872.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of St. Patrick (K.P.) on 31 August 1874.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of County Wicklow between 1890 and 1909.1
On his death, all of his titles became extinct.1
