Windham Baring and Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby.¹ He married Victoria Winifred Russell, daughter of Colonel Reginald Edmund Maghlin Russell and Dorothy Barrington Crake, on 9 February 1949.¹ He died on 6 February 1988 at age 71.^1,2

     Victoria Winifred Russell was born in 1919.² She was the daughter of Colonel Reginald Edmund Maghlin Russell and Dorothy Barrington Crake.¹ She married, firstly, Major Sir Mark Baring, son of Hon. Windham Baring and Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby, on 9 February 1949.¹ She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Lord Michael Fitzalan-Howard, son of Bernard Edward Fitzalan-Howard, 3rd Baron Howard of Glossop and Mona Josephine Tempest Stapleton, Baroness Beaumont, on 2 July 1997.¹ She died on 23 September 2017.²
     Victoria Winifred Russell also went by the nick-name of Vita.¹ Her married name became Baring. From 2 July 1997, her married name became Fitzalan-Howard.¹

     Colonel Reginald Edmund Maghlin Russell was the son of Edmund Maghlin Russell and Maria Ann Blood. He married Dorothy Barrington Crake, daughter of Major Edward Barrington Crake. He died on 24 November 1950.

Esmé Mary Gabrielle Harmsworth, daughter of Esmond Cecil Harmsworth, 2nd Viscount Rothermere and Margaret Hunam Redhead, on 10 January 1942.¹ He died on 16 March 1991 at age 72 at Fulham, London, England.^2,3

George Rowland Stanley Baring, 3rd Earl of Cromer, son of Rowland Thomas Baring, 2nd Earl of Cromer and Lady Ruby Florence Mary Elliot-Murray-Kynynmound, on 10 January 1942.¹ She married, secondly, Captain Reinier Gerrit Anton van der Woude, son of Reinier Gerrit Anton van der Woude, in 1993.¹ She died on 8 June 2011 at age 88.³
     Her married name became Baring. After her marriage, Hon. Esmé Mary Gabrielle Harmsworth was styled as Countess of Cromer on 13 March 1953. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth II between 1967 and 1971.⁴ She held the office of Exta Lady of the Bedchamber between 1974 and 1993.⁴ She was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1980.⁴ From 1993, her married name became van der Woude.¹ She held the office of Extra Woman of the Bedchamber between 1993 and 2003.⁴ She lived in 2003 at 1 Douro Place, London, England^G.⁴
