     Captain John Bevil Acland was born on 14 March 1890.¹ He was the son of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes.¹ He married Marjorie Guernsey, daughter of Herbert Guernsey, on 7 March 1914.¹ He died on 14 November 1966 at age 76.¹
     He was educated at Blundell’s School, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Pacific Coast Rangers, Canadian Forces.¹ He fought in the First World War, serving in France.¹ He gained the rank of staff officer in the Pacific Command.¹

     Charles Edward Bankes Acland was born on 24 December 1906 at Dorchester, Dorset, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes.¹ He died on 28 December 1982 at age 76 at Shaftesbury, Dorset, England^G.²
     He was educated at Blundell’s School, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.¹ He was commissioned on 4 February 1926 with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 4 February 1929.² He gained the rank of Captain on 29 January 1938.² He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major on 4 February 1943.² He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant-Colonel on 23 April 1945 in the Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry.¹ On 1 March 1957 he was court martialled and dismissed from the service.²

     Sibell Norah Carteret Acland was born on 21 September 1892.¹ She is the daughter of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Osbourne Victor Maude-Roxby, son of Captain Herbert Maude-Roxby, on 23 April 1919.¹
     She was in the Voluntary Aid Detachment.¹ Her married name became Maude-Roxby.

     Fanny Veronica Margaret Acland was born on 22 March 1894.¹ She was the daughter of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes.¹ She died on 14 October 1966 at age 72, unmarried.¹

     Victoria Letitia Troyte Acland was born on 9 February 1897.¹ She is the daughter of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. Nigel William Duncan, son of George William Duncan, on 14 March 1928.¹
     Her married name became Duncan.

     Jeanne Van Den Nest was born on 11 March 1881 at Cairo, Egypt.² She was the daughter of Pierre Van Den Nest and Evelyn McLean Taylor.^1,2 She married Henry Vivian Acland, son of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes, on 26 April 1910.¹ She died on 8 August 1950 at age 69 at Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.^1,2 She was buried at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.²
     From 26 April 1910, her married name became Acland.

     Pierre Van Den Nest married Evelyn McLean Taylor.²
     He held the office of Belgian Minister to Washington.¹

     Inez Amelia Mutch is the daughter of Robert Everett Mutch.¹ She married, firstly, William David Sweetwood before 1951.¹ She married, secondly, Henry Vivian Acland, son of John Edward Acland and Norah Letitia Nugent Bankes, on 20 October 1951.¹
     From before 1951, her married name became Sweetwood.¹ Her married name became Acland.

     Robert Everett Mutch lived at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada^G.¹

     William Trench was born in 1769.¹ He was the son of Frederick Trench and Mary Sadleir.¹ He married Sarah Elizabeth Frances Henrietta Ricarda Moore, daughter of Hon. Robert Moore, on 18 June 1798.¹ He died in April 1849.¹
     He lived at Cangort Park, County Offaly, Ireland^G.¹
