     Rt. Rev. Richard Chenevix was born in 1698.² He was the son of Colonel Philip Chenevix.² He died in 1779.²
     He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1716 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1732 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He graduated in 1744 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)³ He held the office of Bishop of Waterford and Lismore in 1746.¹ He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.²
     

     Frederick Trench was baptised on 3 November 1724.² He was the son of Frederick Trench and Mary Geering.³ He married Mary Sadleir, daughter of Francis Sadleir and Catherine Wall, on 20 August 1754.² He died on 27 November 1797 at age 73.¹
     He lived at Woodlawn, Kilconnell, County Galway, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Sadleir was the daughter of Francis Sadleir and Catherine Wall.¹ She married Frederick Trench, son of Frederick Trench and Mary Geering, on 20 August 1754.² She died in 1819.²
     Her married name became Trench.

     Francis Sadleir married Catherine Wall, daughter of William Wall and Hon. Mary Ponsonby.
     He lived at Sopwell Hall, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹

     Frederick Trench, 1st Baron Ashtown was born on 17 September 1755.¹ He was the son of Frederick Trench and Mary Sadleir.¹ He married Elizabeth Robinson, daughter of Robert Robinson and Elizabeth Lyster, on 25 May 1785.¹ He died on 1 May 1840 at age 84, without issue.¹ He was buried on 13 May 1840 at Kilconnell, County Galway, Ireland^G.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maryborough [Ireland] between 1785 and 1790.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Portarlington [Ireland] between 1798 and 1800.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Portarlington [U.K.] in 1800.¹ He was bribed to support the Union with Ireland, to which he had formerly been opposed, and was subsequently made a Peer.¹ He was created 1st Baron Ashtown, of Moate, co. Galway [Ireland] on 27 December 1800, with a special remainder to the heirs male of his father.¹ He lived at Woodlawn, Kilconnell, County Galway, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Robinson was born circa 1767.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Robinson and Elizabeth Lyster.¹ She married Frederick Trench, 1st Baron Ashtown, son of Frederick Trench and Mary Sadleir, on 25 May 1785.¹ She died in June 1844 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ She died in 1844.²
     Her married name became Trench. After her marriage, Elizabeth Robinson was styled as Baroness Ashtown on 27 December 1800.

     Francis Trench was born on 29 July 1757.² He was the son of Frederick Trench and Mary Sadleir.³ He married Mary Mason, daughter of Henry Mason, on 11 June 1802 at St. Chad’s, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England^G.¹ He died in November 1829 at age 72.⁴
     He lived at Sopwell Hall, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Mason was the daughter of Henry Mason.¹ She married Francis Trench, son of Frederick Trench and Mary Sadleir, on 11 June 1802 at St. Chad’s, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Trench.

     Henry William Meredyth was the son of Sir Henry Meredyth, 4th Bt.¹ He married Harriet Anne Trench, daughter of Reverend William Le Poer Trench and Lady Louisa Augusta Anne Le Poer Trench, on 12 April 1862.¹ He died on 6 November 1878.¹

     Judith Trench is the daughter of Very Rev. John Trench and Anne Warburton.¹ She and Sir Samuel Cooke, 1st and last Bt. obtained a marriage license on 10 June 1726.¹
     Her married name became Cooke.
