     James Plaisted Wilde, 1st and last Baron Penzance was born on 12 July 1816 at London, England^G.² He was the son of Edward Archer Wilde and Marianne Norris.¹ He married Lady Mary Pleydell-Bouverie, daughter of William Pleydell-Bouverie, 3rd Earl of Radnor and Judith Anne St. John-Mildmay, on 20 February 1860 at Coleshill, Berkshire, England^G.² He died on 9 December 1899 at age 83 at Eashing Park, Godalming, Surrey, England^G, without issue.²
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.³ He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1839 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.³ He was Counsel to the Commissioner of Customs in 1840.³ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1842 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1855.³ He held the office of Bencher of the Inner Temple in 1856.³ He was Counsel to the Duchy of Lancaster in 1859.³ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1860.³ He held the office of Baron of the Exchequer in 1860.³ He held the office of Judge of the High Court, Probate and Divorce Division between 1863 and 1872.³ He was created 1st Baron Penzance, of Penzance, co. Cornwall [U.K.] on 6 April 1869.² He was official principal of the Chancery Court of York in 1875.³

     Elizabeth Anne Balfour was born in 1820.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Robert Balfour, 6th of Balbirnie and Eglantyne Katherine Fordyce.² She married Rt. Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie, son of William Pleydell-Bouverie, 3rd Earl of Radnor and Judith Anne St. John-Mildmay, on 1 November 1842.¹ She died on 10 August 1889 at The Manor House, Market Lavington, Wiltshire, England.^1,3
     Her married name became Pleydell-Bouverie.

     Henry Trench was born on 8 October 1807.¹ He was the son of William Trench and Sarah Elizabeth Frances Henrietta Ricarda Moore.¹ He married Hon. Georgina Mary Amelia Bloomfield, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Benjamin Bloomfield, 1st Baron Bloomfield of Oakhampton and Redwood and Harriott Douglas, on 22 October 1836.¹ He died on 7 March 1881 at age 73.¹
     He lived at Cangort Park, County Offaly, Ireland^G.¹

     Edward Oliver Pleydell-Bouverie was born on 12 September 1856.¹ He was the son of Rt. Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Elizabeth Anne Balfour.¹ He died on 13 May 1938 at age 81.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was a practising barrister.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.¹

     Anne Pleydell-Bouverie was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Elizabeth Anne Balfour.¹ She died on 12 March 1940, unmarried.¹

     Eglantine Pleydell-Bouverie was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Elizabeth Anne Balfour.¹ She married Sir Augustus Frederick William Keppel Stephenson, son of Henry Frederick Stephenson and Lady Mary Keppel, on 5 December 1864.¹ She died on 13 November 1925.¹
     Her married name became Stephenson.

     Sir Augustus Frederick William Keppel Stephenson was the son of Henry Frederick Stephenson and Lady Mary Keppel.² He married Eglantine Pleydell-Bouverie, daughter of Rt. Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Elizabeth Anne Balfour, on 5 December 1864.¹ He died on 26 September 1904.¹
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹

     Ruth Pleydell-Bouverie was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Edward Pleydell-Bouverie and Elizabeth Anne Balfour.^1,2 She married William Rolle Malcolm, son of John Malcolm, 14th of Poltalloch and Isabella Harriet Wingfield, on 27 March 1882.¹ She died on 19 November 1944.¹
     Her married name became Malcolm.

     Hon. Georgina Mary Amelia Bloomfield was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Benjamin Bloomfield, 1st Baron Bloomfield of Oakhampton and Redwood and Harriott Douglas.^1,3 She married Henry Trench, son of William Trench and Sarah Elizabeth Frances Henrietta Ricarda Moore, on 22 October 1836.¹ She died on 13 January 1893.¹
     From 22 October 1836, her married name became Trench.¹

     Mildred Alice Pleydell-Bouverie was born on 10 February 1877.¹ She was the daughter of Major Walter Pleydell-Bouverie and Mary Bridgeman Bridgeman-Simpson.¹ She married Charles Alfred Hingston, son of George Hingston, on 6 January 1903.¹
     Her married name became Hingston.
