Francis Talbot Cragg before 1972.1 She married, secondly, Mowbray Henry Gordon Howard, 6th Earl of Effingham, son of Gordon Frederick Henry Charles Howard, 5th Earl of Effingham and Rosamond Margaret Hudson, on 19 May 1972.1 She died on 19 February 2008.3
Mabel Suzanne Mingay Le Pen usually went by her middle name of Suzanne.1 From before 1972, her married name became Cragg.1 From 19 May 1972, her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Mabel Suzanne Mingay Le Pen was styled as Countess of Effingham on 19 May 1972.
