Sir Robert Napier, 2nd Bt.1 
He was appointed Knight on 30 April 1623.3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Napier, of Luton Hoo, co. Bedford [E., 1612] in April 1627.4 He lived at Luton Hoo, Bedfordshire, EnglandG. Circa 1659 he surrended his patent of honour, with the intent that his baronetcy should be re-granted to himself with remainder to his sons by his second wife, John and Alexander. However he died before the new grant passed the seals.3
