     Richard Chetwynd, 5th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven was born on 29 September 1757 at Heywood Park, Little Heywood, Staffordshire, England^G.³ He was the son of William Chetwynd, 4th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Susannah Cope.⁴ He married Charlotte Cartwright, daughter of Thomas Cartwright and Mary Catherine Desaguliers, on 30 July 1791 at Grosvenor Place, London, England^G.³ He died on 27 February 1821 at age 63 at Bolton Row, Piccadilly, London, England^G.³ He died intestate and his estate was administered in April 1821.³
     He was Clerk to the Privy Council between 1772 and 1821.³ He succeeded as the 5th Baron of Rathdowne, co. Dublin [I., 1717] on 12 November 1791.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven, co. Kerry [I., 1717] on 12 November 1791.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the York Fencible Infantry Regiment.³

     Charlotte Cartwright was born in May 1772.² She was the daughter of Thomas Cartwright and Mary Catherine Desaguliers.^3,2 She married Richard Chetwynd, 5th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven, son of William Chetwynd, 4th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Susannah Cope, on 30 July 1791 at Grosvenor Place, London, England^G.² She died on 7 April 1845 at age 72 at Upper Brook Street, London, England^G.² Her will was proven (by probate) in May 1845.²
     Her married name became Chetwynd. After her marriage, Charlotte Cartwright was styled as Viscountess Chetwynd on 12 November 1791.

     Thomas Cartwright married Mary Catherine Desaguliers, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Thomas Desaguliers.
     He lived at Aynho, Northamptonshire, England^G.¹

     Richard Walter Chetwynd, 6th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven was born on 13 December 1800 at Bolton Row, Piccadilly, London, England^G.² He was the son of Richard Chetwynd, 5th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Charlotte Cartwright.³ He married, firstly, Mary Moss, daughter of Robert Moss and Sophia Weyland, on 30 August 1822 at St. George’s Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England^G.⁴ He married, secondly, Mary Hussey, daughter of John Hussey, on 24 September 1861 at Withecombe Rawleigh, Devon, England^G.⁴ He died on 6 December 1879 at age 78.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Grenadier Guards.² He gained the title of 6th Baron of Rathdowne, co. Dublin [I., 1717] on 26 March 1829.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven, co. Kerry [I., 1717] on 26 March 1829.³

     Mary Moss was born on 20 April 1799. She was the daughter of Robert Moss and Sophia Weyland.^2,3 She married Richard Walter Chetwynd, 6th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven, son of Richard Chetwynd, 5th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Charlotte Cartwright, on 30 August 1822 at St. George’s Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England^G.³ She died on 5 December 1857 at age 58 at Exmouth, Devon, England^G.³
     Her married name became Chetwynd. After her marriage, Mary Moss was styled as Viscountess Chetwynd on 26 March 1829.

     Robert Moss is the son of Rt. Rev. Charles Moss.¹ He married Sophia Weyland, daughter of John Weyland, in November 1798.²

     Captain Hon. Henry Weyland Chetwynd was born on 8 October 1829.¹ He was the son of Richard Walter Chetwynd, 6th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Mary Moss.^1,2 He married Julia Bosville Davidson, daughter of Duncan Davidson, 4th of Tulloch and Hon. Elizabeth Diana Bosville Macdonald, on 8 February 1858.¹ He died on 27 November 1893 at age 64.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Julia Bosville Davidson was the daughter of Duncan Davidson, 4th of Tulloch and Hon. Elizabeth Diana Bosville Macdonald.¹ She married Captain Hon. Henry Weyland Chetwynd, son of Richard Walter Chetwynd, 6th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Mary Moss, on 8 February 1858.¹ She died on 17 October 1901.¹
     Her married name became Chetwynd.

     Duncan Davidson, 4th of Tulloch was born in 1800.² He was the son of Henry Davidson of Tulloch and Caroline Elizabeth Diffel.³ He married, firstly, Hon. Elizabeth Diana Bosville Macdonald, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Godfrey Bosville Macdonald, 3rd Baron Macdonald of Slate and Louisa Maria la Coast, on 20 June 1825.⁴ He married, secondly, Eleanora Dalrymple Fergusson, daughter of Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran, 4th Bt. and Hon. Henrietta Duncan, in 1841.³ He married, thirdly, Arabella Ross, daughter of Hugh Ross of Cromarty, after 1845.³ He married, fourthly, Mary Mackenzie, daughter of John Mackenzie of Eilenach and Mary Jane Inglis, on 15 May 1849 at Inverness, Inverness-shire, Scotland^G.^1,2 He married, fifthly, Sarah Justina Hall, daughter of Colonel Jasper Taylor Hall, in 1877.³ He died on 20 September 1881.³
     He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Ross-shire.³ He also had three other daughters by his first wife and three daughters by his fourth wife.³

     Mary Hussey was born circa 1820 at Lyme Regis, Dorset, England.^2,3 She was the daughter of John Hussey.¹ She married Richard Walter Chetwynd, 6th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven, son of Richard Chetwynd, 5th Viscount Chetwynd of Bearhaven and Charlotte Cartwright, on 24 September 1861 at Withecombe Rawleigh, Devon, England^G.² She died on 7 June 1901 at Highcliffe, Lympstone, Devon, England^G, without issue.²
     From 24 September 1861, her married name became Chetwynd. After her marriage, Mary Hussey was styled as Viscountess Chetwynd on 24 September 1861.
