     Hon. Anthony Giles Humble Ward was born on 10 June 1943.¹ He was the son of George Reginald Ward, 1st and last Viscount Ward of Witley and Anne Diana France Ayesha Capel.¹ He died in 1983.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Alexander Macdonald, 14th of Sleat, 7th Bt. was born in 1711.¹ He was the son of Sir James Macdonald, 13th of Sleat, 6th Bt. and Janet Macleod.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Erskine, daughter of David Erskine, on 3 April 1733.² He married, secondly, Lady Margaret Montgomerie, daughter of Alexander Montgomerie, 9th Earl of Eglinton and Susanna Kennedy, on 24 April 1739 at St. Paul’s Church, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.³ He died on 23 November 1746 at Bernera^G, suddenly.¹
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Macdonald, of Sleat, in the Isle of Skye, co. Inverness [N.S., 1625] in 1723.¹ In 1745 he supported the Government during the ’45 Uprising, almost the only person in the district to do so.¹

     Sir John de Sutton was born on 6 December 1361 at Coleshill, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Sir John de Sutton and Lady Catherine de Stafford.¹ He married, firstly, Alice le Despencer, daughter of Philip le Despencer.¹ He married, secondly, Joan Clinton, daughter of John Clinton.¹ He died on 10 March 1395/96 at age 34.¹

     Sir John de Sutton was the son of John de Sutton and Isabella de Cherleton.¹ He married, secondly, Joan Clinton, daughter of John Clinton.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Catherine de Stafford, daughter of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford and Margaret Audley, Baroness Audley, on 25 December 1357.¹ He died circa 1370.¹

     Lady Catherine de Stafford was the daughter of Ralph de Stafford, 1st Earl of Stafford and Margaret Audley, Baroness Audley.¹ She married Sir John de Sutton, son of John de Sutton and Isabella de Cherleton, on 25 December 1357.¹ She died after 6 December 1361.¹
     Her married name became de Sutton.

     unknown Clifford is the daughter of Sir Conway Clifford.¹ She married Reginald de Berneval, son of Ulphram de Berneval and Mary Molyneux.¹
     Her married name became de Berneval.¹

     Sarah Berford married Ulphram de Berneval, son of Reginald de Berneval.¹
     She lived at Moymet, Ireland^G.¹ Her married name became de Berneval.¹

     Margaret Fullerton was the daughter of William Fullerton, Lord Spynie.¹ She married Walter Ogilvy, Earl of Airlie, son of John Ogilvy, Earl of Airlie and Margaret Ogilvy, before 31 May 1748.² She died on 3 June 1780 at Balnaboth^G, without issue.¹
     From before 31 May 1748, her married name became Ogilvy.¹

     John de Sutton was the son of Sir John de Sutton and Margaret de Somery.¹ He married Isabella de Cherleton, daughter of John Cherleton, 1st Lord Cherleton and Hawyse ap Owen.¹ He died on 23 November 1359.¹
     On 25 February 1341/42 he was summoned to a Royal Council.¹ He lived at Dudley Castle, Staffordshire, England^G.¹

     Isabella de Cherleton was born circa 1308. She was the daughter of John Cherleton, 1st Lord Cherleton and Hawyse ap Owen.¹ She married, firstly, John de Sutton, son of Sir John de Sutton and Margaret de Somery.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Richard le Fisher.¹ She died on 10 April 1397.¹
     Her married name became Fisher.¹ Her married name became de Sutton.¹
