Hon. Frances Seymour1 
Hon. Frances Seymour was the daughter of Francis Seymour, 1st Baron Seymour of Trowbridge and Frances Prinne.1,3 She married William Ducie, 1st and last Viscount Downe, son of Sir Robert Ducie, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Pyott, circa 23 June 1662.1 She died circa September 1679.1 She was buried on 20 September 1679.1
From circa 23 June 1662, her married name became Ducie.
William Ducie, 1st and last Viscount Downe1 
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Ducie [E., 1629] on 7 March 1656/57.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1661.1 He was created 1st Baron of Cloney [Ireland] on 19 July 1675.1 He was created 1st Viscount Downe [Ireland] on 19 July 1675.1 On his death, his viscountancy and barony became extinct.1
