Sir Daniel Byrne, 2nd Bt. was born in 1676.1 He was the son of Sir Gregory Byrne, 1st Bt. and Margaret Copley.1 He married Anna Dorothea Warren, daughter of Edward Warren and Dorothy Talbot, before 1704.1 He died on 25 September 1715.1 He was buried at Timogue, County Laois, IrelandG.1 His will (dated 4 January 1714/5) was proven (by probate) on 8 May 1717.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Byrne, of Timogue, Queen’s County [I., 1671] in March 1712.1
