George Joachim Goschen, 1st Viscount Goschen was born on 10 August 1831.1 He was the son of Wilhelm Heinrich Goschen and Henrietta Ohmann.3 He married Lucy Dalley, daughter of John Dalley, on 22 September 1857.1 He died on 7 February 1907 at age 75.1
