     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was a journalist.¹ He lived in 2003 at 33 Horsford Road, London, England.¹

     Lady Anna Clare Temple-Gore-Langton was born on 19 May 1960.¹ She is the daughter of Walter Grenville Algernon Temple-Gore-Langton, 8th Earl Temple of Stowe and Zillah Ray Boxall.¹
     She was with BBC TV Bristol.¹

     Elspeth Dorina Temple-Gore-Langton was born on 21 January 1926.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Hon. Evelyn Arthur Grenville Temple-Gore-Langton and Irene Maria Gartside-Spaight.¹ She married Thomas Alfred Spry Carlyon, son of Major Alfred Spry Carlyon and Gwendoline Young-Jamieson, on 20 July 1950 at Westminster, London, England.² She died on 6 February 2020 at age 94.³
     Her married name became Carlyon. She lived in 2003 at 15 Quay Road, Charlestown, St. Austell, Cornwall, England.¹

     Thomas Alfred Spry Carlyon was born on 7 February 1923 at Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, England.^2,3 He was the son of Major Alfred Spry Carlyon and Gwendoline Young-Jamieson.² He married Elspeth Dorina Temple-Gore-Langton, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Hon. Evelyn Arthur Grenville Temple-Gore-Langton and Irene Maria Gartside-Spaight, on 20 July 1950 at Westminster, London, England.³ He died in 1999 at St. Austell, Cornwall, England.³
     He was given the name of Christopher Alfred Spry Carlyon at birth.³

     Lady Gertrude Alice Temple-Gore-Langton was the daughter of William Stephen Temple-Gore-Langton, 4th Earl Temple of Stowe and Helen Mabel Graham-Montgomery.¹ She married Major William Maurice Copland du Quesne Caillard, son of Camille Felix Désiré Caillard and Amy Ursula Copland, on 15 December 1904.¹ She died on 23 November 1919.¹
     Her married name became Caillard.

     Lady Mabel Evelyn Temple-Gore-Langton was born circa 1874.¹ She was the daughter of William Stephen Temple-Gore-Langton, 4th Earl Temple of Stowe and Helen Mabel Graham-Montgomery.¹ She died on 11 January 1966, unmarried.¹

     Lady Alice Mary Temple-Gore-Langton was born circa 1874.² She was the daughter of William Stephen Temple-Gore-Langton, 4th Earl Temple of Stowe and Helen Mabel Graham-Montgomery.² She married Commander Hubert Edwin Gore-Langton, son of Hon. Henry Powell Gore-Langton and Marguerite Lucy MacGregor, on 2 September 1909.¹ She died on 2 January 1961.¹
     Her married name became Gore-Langton.

     Lady Frances Aline Temple-Gore-Langton was the daughter of William Stephen Temple-Gore-Langton, 4th Earl Temple of Stowe and Helen Mabel Graham-Montgomery.¹ She married Brig.-Gen. John Harington, son of Sir Richard Harington, 11th Bt. and Frances Agnata Biscoe, on 4 April 1908.² She died on 20 March 1952, following an accident.²
     Her married name became Harington.

     Lady Clare Violet Temple-Gore-Langton was the daughter of William Stephen Temple-Gore-Langton, 4th Earl Temple of Stowe and Helen Mabel Graham-Montgomery.¹ She married Thomas Francis Egerton, son of George Mark Leycester Egerton and Mary Elizabeth Blackett, on 20 January 1903.¹ She died on 29 March 1966.¹
     Her married name became Egerton.

     Hon. Henry Powell Gore-Langton was born on 14 December 1854.¹ He was the son of William Henry Powell Gore-Langton and Lady Anna Eliza Mary Temple-Nugent-Brydges-Chandos-Grenville.¹ He married Marguerite Lucy MacGregor, daughter of Major R. Guthrie MacGregor, on 5 September 1878.² He died on 13 August 1913 at age 58.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 72nd Highlanders.² In 1890 he was granted the rank of an earl’s younger son.² He gained the rank of Colonel in the 3rd Battalion, Somerset Light Infantry.² He lived at Hatch Park, Taunton, Somerset, England.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)²
