Hon. Alice Florence Oliphant-Murray1 
She was given the name of Alice Florence Murray at birth.1 From 15 July 1902, her married name became Leech. Her marriage to Sir Stephen Leech was annulled in 1909.1 She was founder and honorary organiser of King Albert’s Civilian Hospital Fund in 1915.1 From 24 July 1919, her married name became Fell.1 She was awarded the Medal of Queen Elisabeth of Belgium.1 On 22 November 1956 her name was legally changed to Alice Florence Oliphant-Murray by Deed Poll.1

He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)1 His marriage to Hon. Alice Florence Oliphant-Murray was annulled in 1909.1
