     Lady Evelyn Charteris was born on 27 August 1849.² She was the daughter of Francis Richard Charteris, 10th Earl of Wemyss and Lady Anne Frederica Anson.^1,3 She married John Robert William Vesey, 4th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, son of Lt.-Col. Thomas Vesey, 3rd Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Lady Emma Herbert, on 4 June 1872.¹ She died on 18 June 1939 at age 89.⁴
     From 4 June 1872, her married name became Vesey. After her marriage, Lady Evelyn Charteris was styled as Viscountess de Vesci of Abbey Leix on 23 December 1875.

     Georgiana Victoria Wellesley was born on 12 August 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Gerald Edward Wellesley and Ada Hamilton Martin.¹ She married Yvo Richard Vesey, 5th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, son of Captain Hon. Eustace Vesey and Hon. Constance Mary Lawley, on 24 April 1906.¹ She and Yvo Richard Vesey, 5th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix were divorced in 1919.¹ She died on 22 April 1930 at age 48.¹
     From 24 April 1906, her married name became Vesey. After her marriage, Georgiana Victoria Wellesley was styled as Viscountess de Vesci of Abbey Leix on 24 April 1906.

     Lady Cecilia Kathleen Browne was born on 6 November 1888.² She was the daughter of Valentine Charles Browne, 5th Earl of Kenmare and Hon. Elizabeth Baring.² She married Colonel Hon. Thomas Eustace Vesey, son of Captain Hon. Eustace Vesey and Hon. Constance Mary Lawley, on 28 October 1911.³
     Her married name became Vesey. She was Lady-in-Waiting to HRH The Duchess of Gloucester between 1947 and 1951.³ She held the office of Lady-in-Waiting to HM Queen Mary between 1951 and 1953.³ She was Extra Lady-in-Waiting to HRH The Duchess of Gloucester in 1953.³

     John Eustace Vesey, 6th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix was born on 25 February 1919.² He was the son of Colonel Hon. Thomas Eustace Vesey and Lady Cecilia Kathleen Browne.² He married Susan Anne Armstrong-Jones, daughter of Ronald Owen Lloyd Armstrong-Jones and Anne Messel, on 20 May 1950.² He died on 13 October 1983 at age 64.²
     He fought in the Second World War, where he was a POW.² He succeeded as the 6th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, Queen’s Co. [I., 1776] on 16 August 1958.² He succeeded as the 7th Baron Knapton, of Queen’s Co. [I., 1750] on 16 August 1958.² He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Vesey [I., 1698] on 16 August 1958.²

     Hon. Emma Frances Vesey was born on 17 March 1951.¹ She is the daughter of John Eustace Vesey, 6th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Susan Anne Armstrong-Jones.¹ She married Norman Zalkind in 1986.¹
     From 1986, her married name became Zalkind.¹ She lived in 2003 at 186 Highland Avenue, Newtonville, Massachusetts, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Hon. Catherine Anne Vesey was born on 19 May 1953.¹ She is the daughter of John Eustace Vesey, 6th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Susan Anne Armstrong-Jones.¹ She married Bruno Cretton in 1984.¹
     From 1984, her married name became Cretton.¹

     Thomas Eustace Vesey, 7th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix was born on 8 October 1955.¹ He is the son of John Eustace Vesey, 6th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Susan Anne Armstrong-Jones.¹ He married Sita-Maria Arabella de Breffny, daughter of Brian de Breffny and Maharaj Kumari Jyotsna Dutt, on 5 September 1987.¹
     Thomas Eustace Vesey, 7th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix also went by the nick-name of Tom.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix, Queen’s Co. [I., 1776] on 13 October 1983.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baron Knapton, of Queen’s Co. [I., 1750] on 13 October 1983.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Vesey [I., 1698] on 13 October 1983.¹ He lived in 2003 at 14 Rumbold Road, London, England^G.¹

     Hon. Georgina Mary Vesey was born on 2 September 1963.¹ She was the daughter of John Eustace Vesey, 6th Viscount de Vesci of Abbey Leix and Susan Anne Armstrong-Jones.¹ She died on 14 March 1965 at age 1.¹
