Sir Charles Cæser1 
Sir Charles Cæser was born on 27 January 1589/90.3 He was the son of Sir Julius Cæser and Dorcas Martin.3 He married, firstly, Anne Vanlore, daughter of Sir Peter Vanlore and Jacoba Teighbott.1 He married, secondly, Jane Barkham, daughter of Sir Edward Barkham, in 1626.3 He died on 6 December 1642 at age 52, from smallpox.3
He lived at Bennington, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Master of the Rolls.1 He was appointed Knight on 9 October 1613.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Weymouth in 1614.3
