Sir Julius Cæser was born in 1557/58 at Tottenham, London, England.3 He was the son of Cesari Adelmare.4 He married, firstly, Dorcas Martin, daughter of Sir Richard Martin, in 1582.3 He married, secondly, Alice Grant, daughter of Christopher Grant, on 10 April 1596 at Mitcham, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He married, thirdly, Anne Woodhouse, daughter of Henry Woodhouse and Anne Bacon, in 1615.3 He died on 18 April 1636.3
He held the office of Chancellor of the Exchequer.5 He held the office of Master of the Rolls.5 He was given the name of Julius Caesar Adelmare at birth.3 He graduated from Magdalen Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1575 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)3 He graduated from Magdalen Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1578 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Reigate in 1588.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bletchingley in 1592.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Windsor in 1597.3 He was appointed Knight on 20 May 1603.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Middlesex in 1614.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for malden in 1620.3
