     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Sophie Brown was born on 5 April 2001.¹ She is the daughter of Andrew Brown and Sharon Quintal.¹

     Felicity Mary Drew was born in 1937.¹ She is the daughter of Major Arnold Drew and Honora Mary Christian.¹ She married David John Stanley Rutland, son of Lt.-Cdr. James Hart Rutland and Hon. Marian Woodruff Stanley.¹ She married, secondly, Sir John Henry Harris Davis in 1976.¹
     Her married name became Clarke.¹ From 1976, her married name became Davis.¹

     William de Bermingham, 1st Baron Carbery was the son of unknown de Bermingham.¹ He married, firstly, Rose FitzGerald, daughter of Gerald FitzGerald and Margaret de la Hyde.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Plunket, daughter of Sir John Plunket and Catherine St. Lawrence, on 25 November 1545.¹ He died on 17 July 1548 at Dunfert, County Kildare, Ireland^G.¹
     He was created 1st Baron Carbery, co. Kildare [Ireland] on 17 June 1541.¹

     Captain Frank Heathcote Powys-Maurice was born at Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England^G.¹ He was the son of Canon Frank Lyttleton Powys-Maurice.¹ He married Margery Martha Christian, daughter of Frederick Henry Christian and Mary Victoria Maitland-Heriot, on 23 December 1926.¹ He died on 18 August 1967.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)²

     Shirley Ann Powys-Maurice was born in 1928.¹ She is the daughter of Captain Frank Heathcote Powys-Maurice and Margery Martha Christian.¹ She married, firstly, Michael Antony Gaze in 1952.¹ She married, secondly, Giles Simon Kirby, son of Alfred Reginald Claude Kirby and Rosemary Louise Wright, on 25 April 1975 at London, England^G.² She and Giles Simon Kirby were divorced circa 1990.³
     From 1952, her married name became Gaze.¹ From 25 April 1975, her married name became Kirby.³

     Rosemary Garside married Michael Christian Powys-Maurice, son of Captain Frank Heathcote Powys-Maurice and Margery Martha Christian.¹
