Mary Arundell was the daughter of Sir John Arundell and Katharine Grenville.4 She married, firstly, Robert Radcliffe, 1st Earl of Sussex, son of John Radcliffe, 9th Lord FitzWalter and Margaret (?), on 14 January 1536/37.1 She married, secondly, Henry Fitzalan, 12th/19th Earl of Arundel, son of William FitzAlan, 11th/18th Earl of Arundel and Lady Anne Percy, on 19 December 1545.1 She died on 20 October 1557 at Arundel House, The Strand, London, EnglandG.1 She was buried on 28 October 1557 at St. Clement Danes Church, The Strand, London, EnglandG.4 She was buried at Arundel Castle, Arundel, Sussex, EnglandG.4
After her marriage, Mary Arundell was styled as Countess of Sussex on 14 January 1536/37. From 14 January 1536/37, her married name became Radcliffe.1 After her marriage, Mary Arundell was styled as Countess of Arundel on 19 December 1545. From 19 December 1545, her married name became Fitzalan.1
