     Colonel Sir John Victor Elliott Lees, 3rd Bt. was born on 11 December 1887.² He was the son of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² He married Madeline Annie Pamela Pelly, daughter of Sir Harold Pelly, 4th Bt. and Anna Maria Poore, on 30 December 1915.¹ He died on 16 April 1955 at age 67.²
     He fought in the First World War, where he was severely wounded, and was mentioned in despatches.² He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Lees, of South Lytchett House, Lytchett Minster, Dorset [U.K., 1897] on 24 August 1915.¹ He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.² He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Brevet Colonel in the 4th Battalion, Dorset Regiment.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He gained the rank of, Lieutenant-Colonel in the Reserve of Officers, King’s Royal Rifle Corps.² He gained the rank of Colonel in 1932 in the Territorial Army.² He was Officer-in-Charge of the 5th Battalion, Dorset Regiment.² He fought in the Second World War.²

     Bernard Percy Turnbull Lees was born on 7 September 1891.¹ He was the son of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² He married Mary Radcliffe, daughter of Colonel Philip John Joseph Radcliffe and Magdalena Maria Dolores Josephine Weld, on 2 June 1919.² He died on 2 September 1922 at age 30.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Dorset Yeomanry.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Florence Mary Bernarda Lees was born on 2 January 1885.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² She married Hon. James William Best, son of Lt.-Col. George Best, 5th Baron Wynford and Edith Anne Marsh, on 11 August 1914.¹ She died on 3 December 1961 at age 76.²
     From 11 August 1914, her married name became Best.

     Gracia Katharine Hope Lees was born on 10 January 1890.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² She died on 27 July 1909 at age 19, lost at sea on the Waratah, near the Cape of Good Hope.

     Eleanor Juliet Anne Lees was born on 8 July 1894.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² She married Captain Eustace Howard Marsden, son of John Hudson Marsden, on 15 February 1919.¹
     From 15 February 1919, her married name became Marsden.

     Alice Irene Dieudonnée Lees was born on 2 May 1902.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² She married Lt.-Col. Gerald Stewart Oxley, son of John Stewart Oxley, on 19 September 1929.¹ She died in 1982 at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.²
     From 19 September 1929, her married name became Oxley.

     Margaret Alfreda Lees was born on 11 August 1903.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. and Florence Keith.² She died on 26 November 1918 at age 15.¹

     Alice Sophia Bellingham was born circa 1844. She was the daughter of Sir Alan Edward Bellingham, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Clarke.¹ She married Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Arthur Brinsley Brooke, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Julia Henrietta Anson, on 28 July 1864.¹ She died on 27 July 1920.²
     Her married name became Brooke.

     Sir Alan Edward Bellingham, 3rd Bt. was born on 8 October 1800 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Sir Alan Bellingham, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Walls.¹ He married Elizabeth Clarke, daughter of Henry Clarke and Elizabeth Claypon, on 12 January 1841 at Skirbeck, Lincolnshire, England^G.¹ He died on 19 April 1889 at age 88 at Dunany House, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, in 1821 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bellingham, of Castle Bellingham, co. Louth [I., 1796] on 26 August 1827.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Louth in 1829.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, in 1832 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)²
