     Janey Rosemary Macdonald was born on 27 November 1949 at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England.^1,2 She is the daughter of Captain Ronald Alastair Macdonald and Hon. Rosemary Brooke.¹ She married Gerald G. Whale in February 1984 at Dacorum, Hertfordshire, England.²
     From February 1984, her married name became Whale.²

     Alan Victor Harold Brooke, 3rd Viscount Alanbrooke was born on 24 November 1932.¹ He was the son of Field Marshal Alan Francis Brooke, 1st Viscount Alanbrooke and Benita Blanche Pelly.¹ He died on 10 January 2018 at age 85.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Alanbrooke, of Brookeborough, co. Fermanagh [U.K., 1946] on 19 December 1972.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Alanbrooke, of Brookeborough, co. Fermanagh [U.K., 1945] on 19 December 1972. He graduated from Bristol University, Bristol, England^G, in 1976 with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.¹ On his death his titles became extinct.³

     Hon. Kathleen Benita Brooke was born on 23 January 1931.¹ She was the daughter of Field Marshal Alan Francis Brooke, 1st Viscount Alanbrooke and Benita Blanche Pelly.^2,1 She married Lt.-Cdr. Robert Oliver Vesey Stoney, son of Robert Vesey Stoney and Marian Catherine Theffania Nugent, on 8 August 1953.¹ She died on 20 November 1961 at age 30, as a result of a riding accident.¹
     Her married name became Stoney.

     Lt.-Cdr. Robert Oliver Vesey Stoney was born on 16 October 1928.² He was the son of Robert Vesey Stoney and Marian Catherine Theffania Nugent.^3,2 He married, firstly, Hon. Kathleen Benita Brooke, daughter of Field Marshal Alan Francis Brooke, 1st Viscount Alanbrooke and Benita Blanche Pelly, on 8 August 1953.¹ He married, secondly, Monica Ann Joyce, daughter of Colonel Ralph Francis Joyce, in 1963.⁴ He died on 19 March 1997 at age 68.²
     He was educated in 1938 at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.⁴ Lieutenant-Commander.¹ He lived before 1976 at Rosturk Castle, Westport, County Mayo, Ireland^G.¹

     Robert Vesey Stoney was born on 24 September 1903.² He was the son of Robert Vesey Stoney and Phoebe Editha Truell.^3,2 He married Marian Catherine Theffania Nugent, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Oliver Stewart Wood Nugent and Catherine Percy Lees, on 4 November 1927.² He died on 14 May 1944 at age 40 at West Africa^G, on active service.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.² He was educated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War.² He lived at Rosturk Castle, Westport, County Mayo, Ireland^G.¹

     Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. was born on 3 January 1843.² He was the son of Sir Arthur Brinsley Brooke, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Julia Henrietta Anson.² He married Alice Sophia Bellingham, daughter of Sir Alan Edward Bellingham, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Clarke, on 28 July 1864.¹ He died on 23 November 1891 at age 48.
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Brooke, of Colebrooke, co. Fermanagh [U.K., 1822] on 21 November 1854.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)²

     Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt. was born on 23 October 1860.¹ He was the son of Thomas Evans Lees and Bernarda Maria Elisa Turnbull.^1,2 He married Florence Keith, daughter of Patrick Keith, on 26 July 1882.¹ He died on 16 October 1908 at age 47.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Oldham between 1886 and 1892.¹ He gained the rank of Major and Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel in the Dorset (QO) Yeomanry.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1889 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for Birkenhead between 1894 and 1906.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Lees, of South Lytchett House, Lytchett Minster, Dorset [U.K.] on 13 February 1897.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Imperial Yeomanry.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He fought in the Boer War in 1900, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Florence Keith was the daughter of Patrick Keith.² She married Sir Elliott Lees, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Evans Lees and Bernarda Maria Elisa Turnbull, on 26 July 1882.¹ She died on 22 October 1917.¹
