He succeeded as the 7th Baron Stafford, of co. Stafford [E., 1640] on 26 April 1765, de jure.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Jerningham [E., 1621] on 21 January 1774.

Dorothy Hilda Worthington

Dorothy Hilda Worthington was the daughter of Albert Octavius Worthington and Sarah Elizabeth Etty. She married Francis Edward Fitzherbert-Stafford, 12th Baron Stafford, son of Basil Thomas Fitzherbert and Emily Charlotte Stafford-Jerningham, on 20 April 1903.2 She died on 15 December 1958.2
Her married name became Fitzherbert. After her marriage, Dorothy Hilda Worthington was styled as Baroness Stafford on 12 June 1913.

Augustus Frederick FitzHerbert Stafford-Jerningham, 10th Baron Stafford 
On 19 February 1862 he was declared insane.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baron Stafford, of co. Stafford [E., 1640] on 30 November 1884.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Jerningham [E., 1621] on 30 November 1884.
