Dutton Gerard, 3rd Baron Gerard of Gerard’s Bromley was born on 4 March 1613.1 He was the son of Gilbert Gerard, 2nd Baron Gerard of Gerard’s Bromley and Eleanor Dutton.3 He married Lady Elizabeth O’Brien, daughter of Henry O’Brien, 4th Earl of Thomond and Mary Brereton.4 He married, firstly, Lady Mary Fane, daughter of Francis Fane, 1st Earl of Westmorland and Mary Mildmay, after 18 May 1625.5 He died on 22 April 1640 at age 27.1
He gained the title of 3rd Baron Gerard of Gerard’s Bromley.
