     John Lister Shand was the son of Sir Charles Lister Shand.¹ He married Ruperta Sibyl Bromley, daughter of Sir Robert Bromley, 6th Bt. and Hon. Lilian Pauncefote, on 3 June 1924.¹ He and Ruperta Sibyl Bromley were divorced in 1933.¹ He died in June 1941, while on active service.¹

     Anne Elizabeth Jean Makgill was born on 8 August 1928.¹ She was the daughter of John Donald Alexander Arthur Makgill, 12th Viscount of Oxfuird and Esther Lilian Bromley.² She died on 6 September 1928.¹

     Hon. Diana Mary Robina Makgill was born on 4 January 1930.¹ She is the daughter of John Donald Alexander Arthur Makgill, 12th Viscount of Oxfuird and Esther Lilian Bromley.²
     She was with the Diplomatic Service between 1961 and 1990.¹ She was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1971.¹ She was appointed Lieutenant, Royal Victorian Order (L.V.O.) in 1983.¹ She was Protocol Consultant in 1990.¹ She was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1990.¹ She lived in 2003 at Clouds Lodge, East Knoyle, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Maureen Magan was born on 11 November 1914.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur Tilson Shaen Magan and Kathleen Jane Biddulph.² She married, firstly, Colonel John Herbert Gillington, son of George Maurice Gillington, on 9 September 1939.³ She married, secondly, John Donald Alexander Arthur Makgill, 12th Viscount of Oxfuird, son of Sir George Makgill, 11th Bt. and Frances Elizabeth Grant, on 6 October 1955.² She died on 17 July 2002 at age 87.²
     From 9 September 1939, her married name became Gillington.³ Her married name became Makgill. She gained the title of Viscountess of Oxfuird in 1977.

     Lt.-Col. Arthur Tilson Shaen Magan was born in 1880.² He was the son of Percy Tilson Magan and Anne Catherine Richards.³ He married Kathleen Jane Biddulph, daughter of Assheton Biddulph and Florence Caroline Boothby, on 22 January 1906.¹ He died on 11 November 1965.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Army Service Corps.³ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.³ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.¹ He lived at Correal, County Roscommon, Ireland^G.³ He lived at Killyon Manor, Hill-o-Down, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Charlotte Hazel Ward was born in 1900.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Edward Ward and Harriette Caroline Adeline Maconchy.¹

     James J. A. Murray was the son of Francis Edward Murray.¹ He married Esther Lilian Bromley, daughter of Sir Robert Bromley, 6th Bt. and Hon. Lilian Pauncefote, on 5 February 1946.¹ He died on 30 April 1964.¹
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st/10th Gurkha Rifles.¹

     Elizabeth Ann Turner was the daughter of W. Turner.¹ She married, firstly, Godfrey Armitage before 1916.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Maurice Bromley-Wilson, 7th Bt., son of Sir Henry Bromley, 5th Bt. and Adela Augusta Richards, on 16 December 1916.¹ She died on 27 July 1936.¹
     From before 1916, her married name became Armitage.¹ From 16 December 1916, her married name became Bromley-Wilson.¹

     W. Turner lived at Over Hall, Winsford, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Alice Louisa Ward was the daughter of William Robert Ward and Arabella Ward.¹ She married Major James Nugent Blackwood Price on 5 January 1869.¹ She died on 8 September 1928.¹
     From 5 January 1869, her married name became Price.¹
