William Edward Harry Lawson, 5th Baron Burnham was born on 22 October 1920.¹ He was the son of Edward Frederick Lawson, 4th Baron Burnham and Marie Enid Robson.¹ He married Anne Petherick, daughter of Major George Gerald Petherick and Lady Jeane Pleydell-Bouverie, on 27 June 1942.¹ He died on 18 June 1993 at age 72 at Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England.^1,2
     He was given the name of William Edward Harry Levy-Lawson at birth.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He fought in the Malayan Campaign between 1950 and 1951, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Burnham, of Hall Barn, Beaconsfield, co. Bucks [U.K., 1903] on 4 July 1963.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Levy-Lawson, of Hall Barn, Beaconsfield, co. Bucks [U.K., 1892] on 4 July 1963.¹ He retired from the military in 1968, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, late of the Scots Guards.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire in 1970.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Buckinghamshire in 1977.¹

     Hugh John Frederick Lawson, 6th Baron Burnham was born on 15 August 1931.¹ He was the son of Edward Frederick Lawson, 4th Baron Burnham and Marie Enid Robson. He married Hilary Margaret Hunter, daughter of Alan Hunter, on 31 December 1955.¹ He died on 1 January 2005 at age 73.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.¹ He was with the Daily Telegraph (deputy managing director 1984–86) between 1955 and 1986.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baron Burnham, of Hall Barn, Beaconsfield, co. Bucks [U.K., 1903] on 18 June 1993.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Levy-Lawson, of Hall Barn, Beaconsfield, co. Bucks [U.K., 1892] on 18 June 1993.¹ He held the office of Deputy Chief Whip (Conservative) of the House of Lords between 1997 and 2001.¹ He held the office of Elected Member of the House of Lords in 1999.¹ He lived in 2003 at Woodlands Farm, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Anne Petherick was the daughter of Major George Gerald Petherick and Lady Jeane Pleydell-Bouverie.¹ She married Lt.-Col. William Edward Harry Lawson, 5th Baron Burnham, son of Edward Frederick Lawson, 4th Baron Burnham and Marie Enid Robson, on 27 June 1942.¹ She died on 3 August 1998.¹
     Her married name became Lawson. After her marriage, Anne Petherick was styled as Baroness Burnham on 4 July 1963.

     Rose Edith Watson-Taylor was the daughter of Simon Watson-Taylor and Lady Hannah Charlotte Hay.¹ She married Lieutenant Robert Frederick Ward, son of Vice-Admiral James Hamilton Ward and Hon. Elizabeth Dorcas Blackwood, on 22 July 1879.¹ She died on 2 February 1933.¹
     From 22 July 1879, her married name became Ward.¹

     Simon Watson-Taylor was born on 1 February 1811.² He married Lady Hannah Charlotte Hay, daughter of Field Marshal George Hay, 8th Marquess of Tweeddale and Lady Susan Montagu, on 30 June 1843.³ He died on 25 December 1902 at age 91.³

     Hon. Jenefer Anne Lawson was born on 17 December 1949.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. William Edward Harry Lawson, 5th Baron Burnham and Anne Petherick.¹ She married Andrew David Farncombe, son of George Frank Farncombe, on 20 April 1985.¹
     She was educated at Heathfield School, Ascot, Berkshire, England^G.¹ From 20 April 1985, her married name became Farncombe. She lived in 2003 at Hall Barn, Windsor End, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Hon. Harriet Mary Lawson was born on 5 March 1954.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. William Edward Harry Lawson, 5th Baron Burnham and Anne Petherick.¹ She married Marino Sain, son of Silvano Sain, in 1984.¹
     She was educated at Cobham Hall, Cobham, Surrey, England^G.¹ She was educated at Royal College of Music, London, England^G.¹ From 1984, her married name became Sain.

     Hon. Sarah Jane Lawson was born on 7 October 1955.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. William Edward Harry Lawson, 5th Baron Burnham and Anne Petherick.¹ She married, firstly, Michael Ian Grade, son of Leslie Grade and Winifred Smith, on 11 September 1982.¹ She and Michael Ian Grade were divorced in 1991.¹ She married, secondly, David Patrick Maher in 1992.¹ She died circa 2008 at Ireland^G, from cancer.²
     She was educated at Heathfield School, Ascot, Berkshire, England^G.¹ From 11 September 1982, her married name became Grade.¹ From 1992, her married name became Maher.

     Hilary Margaret Hunter is the daughter of Alan Hunter.¹ She married Hugh John Frederick Lawson, 6th Baron Burnham, son of Edward Frederick Lawson, 4th Baron Burnham and Marie Enid Robson, on 31 December 1955.¹
     Her married name became Lawson. After her marriage, Hilary Margaret Hunter was styled as Baroness Burnham in 1993.
