John Grimston, 6th Earl of Verulam 
John Grimston, 6th Earl of Verulam was born on 17 July 1912.2 He was the son of James Walter Grimston, 4th Earl of Verulam and Lady Violet Constance Maitland Brabazon.2 He married Marjorie Ray Duncan, daughter of Walter Atholl Duncan, on 2 June 1938.2 He died on 15 April 1973 at age 60.2

Lady Elizabeth Grimston was born in 1885.1 She was the daughter of James Walter Grimston, 3rd Earl of Verulam and Margaret Frances Graham.1 She married, firstly, Major Hesketh Vernon Hesketh-Prichard, son of Hesketh Brodrick Prichard, on 1 June 1908.1 She married, secondly, Major Thomas Augustus Motion, son of Richard William Motion, on 12 July 1927.3 She died in 1975.3
From 1 June 1908, her married name became Hesketh-Prichard. She was Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Mary between 1924 and 1936.1 From 12 July 1927, her married name became Motion. She was Extra Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Mary between 1936 and 1953.1

From 30 May 1958, her married name became Savile.
