     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at 72 Kingston Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 2020.² He was Professor of Mathematics at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.²

     Hon. Emma Davinia Mary Woodhouse was born on 19 April 1954.¹ She is the daughter of Christopher Montague Woodhouse, 5th Baron Terrington and Lady Davidema Katharine Cynthia Mary Millicent Bulwer-Lytton.¹ She married Christopher Ian Johnson-Gilbert, son of T. I. Johnson-Gilbert, in 1981.¹
     From 1981, her married name became Johnson-Gilbert. She lived in 2003 at 79 Thurleigh Road, London, England.¹

     F/Lt. Charles John Halswell Kemeys-Tynte, 9th Baron Wharton was born on 12 January 1908.¹ He was the son of Charles Theodore Halswell Kemeys-Tynte, 8th Baron Wharton and Dorothy Ellis.¹ He married Joanna Law-Smith, daughter of Walter Henry Law-Smith and Agnes Giles, on 1 September 1967.² He died on 11 July 1969 at age 61, without issue.¹
     F/Lt. Charles John Halswell Kemeys-Tynte, 9th Baron Wharton usually went by his middle name of John.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baron Wharton, of Wharton, co. Westmorland [E., 1544] on 4 March 1934.¹ He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserves.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Dorothy Elizabeth Kemeys-Tynte, Baroness Wharton was born in 1907.² She was the daughter of Charles Theodore Halswell Kemeys-Tynte, 8th Baron Wharton and Dorothy Ellis.² She married, firstly, David George Arbuthnot, son of Major John Bernard Arbuthnot and Olive Blake, on 17 May 1933.¹ She and David George Arbuthnot were divorced in 1946.¹ She married, secondly, St. John Vintcent in 1946.² She and St. John Vintcent were divorced in 1958.² She died on 4 May 1974.²
     From 17 May 1933, her married name became Arbuthnot. She succeeded as the 10th Baroness Wharton, of Wharton, co. Westmorland [E., 1544] in 1934, suo jure.² From 1946, her married name became Vintcent.
     On her death, the Barony fell into abeyance from 1974 to 1990.²

     Myrtle Olive Felix Arbuthnot, Baroness Wharton was born on 20 February 1934.¹ She was the daughter of David George Arbuthnot and Dorothy Elizabeth Kemeys-Tynte, Baroness Wharton.¹ She married Henry Macleod Robertson, son of Henry Robertson, on 17 November 1958.¹ She died on 23 December 2000 at age 66.¹
     As of 1957, Myrtle Olive Felix Arbuthnot, Baroness Wharton used the stage-name of Ziki Arnot.² Her married name became Robertson. The barony was in abeyance from 1974 to 1990 until terminated in her favour. She succeeded as the 11th Baroness Wharton, of Wharton, co. Westmorland [E., 1544] in 1990, suo jure.³ She was Co-Vice-chairman of the House of Lords All Party Media Group in 1994.¹ She was Vice-President of the Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in 1997.¹

     Doreen Mabel Valerie Ward was born in 1915.¹ She is the daughter of Frederic Valentine Ward and Florence Grace Dalziel.¹ She married Blondie Henderson in 1939.¹
     From 1939, her married name became Henderson.¹ She lived in 1999 at 15 Mason Street, Lower Hutt, New Zealand^G.¹

     St. John Vintcent married Dorothy Elizabeth Kemeys-Tynte, Baroness Wharton, daughter of Charles Theodore Halswell Kemeys-Tynte, 8th Baron Wharton and Dorothy Ellis, in 1946.¹ He and Dorothy Elizabeth Kemeys-Tynte, Baroness Wharton were divorced in 1958.¹

     Hon. Caroline Elizabeth Arbuthnot was born on 28 August 1935. She was the daughter of David George Arbuthnot and Dorothy Elizabeth Kemeys-Tynte, Baroness Wharton.² She married Captain Jonathan Cecil Appleyard-List, son of Cecil Rhodes List and Muriel Appleyard, on 10 October 1970.¹ She died on 21 October 2021 at age 86.³
     From 10 October 1970, her married name became Appleyard-List.¹ She lived in 2003 at The Birches, Stanford Common, Pirbright, Surrey, England.²
