     Lt.-Col. Hugh Granville Leveson Dudley Ryder was born on 26 January 1900.² He was the son of Reverend Algernon Charles Dudley Ryder and Constance Eugenia Smith.² He married, firstly, Diana Vivian Makins, daughter of Sir Paul Augustine Makins, 2nd Bt. and Gladys Marie Vivian, on 2 March 1926.¹ He married, secondly, Patricia Geraldine Browne, daughter of Gerald Macleay Browne, on 12 June 1955.² He died on 9 March 1983 at age 83.²
     He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery, Territorial Army.² He was Assistant Military Attaché to Athens between 1943 and 1945.² He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)²

     Reverend Algernon Charles Dudley Ryder was born on 14 February 1847.¹ He was the son of Hon. Frederick Dudley Ryder and Marian Charlotte Emily Cokayne.¹ He married Constance Eugenia Smith, daughter of Rowland Smith and Constance Henrietta Sophia Louisa Somerset, on 5 July 1889.¹ He died on 19 January 1943 at age 95.¹
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Rector at Maresfield, Uckfield, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Constance Eugenia Smith was the daughter of Rowland Smith and Constance Henrietta Sophia Louisa Somerset.^1,2 She married Reverend Algernon Charles Dudley Ryder, son of Hon. Frederick Dudley Ryder and Marian Charlotte Emily Cokayne, on 5 July 1889.¹ She died on 24 October 1915.¹
     Her married name became Ryder.

     Dione Frances Ryder was born on 9 August 1924.¹ She is the daughter of Major Algernon Frederick Roland Dudley Ryder and Olive Baillie.¹ She married Claud Andrew James Graham-Watson, son of Captain Claud Boothby Graham-Watson, on 1 October 1954.¹
     From 1 October 1954, her married name became Graham-Watson.¹ She lived in 2003 at Falconers, Shipley, Horsham, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Marian Charlotte Emily Cokayne was the daughter of Thomas Cokayne.¹ She married Hon. Frederick Dudley Ryder, son of Dudley Ryder, 1st Earl of Harrowby and Lady Susan Leveson-Gower, on 14 August 1839.¹ She died on 31 March 1873.¹
     From 14 August 1839, her married name became Ryder.²

     Thomas Cokayne lived at Ickleford, Bedfordshire, England^G.²

     Ogle Peck married Florence Morten, daughter of Alexander Morten, before 1895.¹ He died before 1895.¹
     He lived at Toronto, Ontario, Canada^G.¹

     Alice Rosemary Graham Wright was born on 12 April 1935.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Douglas Graham Moncrieff Wright of Kinmonth and Henrietta Doreen St. John.¹ She married David John Wemyss Anstice, son of Vice-Admiral Sir Edmund Walter Anstice, on 27 April 1957.¹ She died on 22 March 1960 at age 24, without issue.¹
     Her married name became Anstice.

     Sir Alfred Lawson, 7th Bt. was the son of Wilfrid Lawson and Sarah James.¹ He died on 14 February 1752.
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Lawson, of Isell [E., 1688] on 23 August 1749.
