     Alice Eugenia Smith was born on 11 December 1877 at Bramcote Hall, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Frederic Chatfield Smith and Harriet Mathilda Pym.¹ She married Harry Brocklesby Bartram in 1907.¹ She died on 6 May 1962 at age 84.¹
     From 1907, her married name became Bartram.¹
