     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was with BDO Binder Hamlyn between 1972 and 1976.¹ He was with S G Warburg between 1976 and 1988.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Lord Dingwall, of co.      Hon. Timothy John Palmer was born on 10 April 1953.¹ He is the son of Major Hon. Robert Jocelyn Palmer and Anne Rosemary Cooper, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell.¹ He married Adèle Cristina Sophia Howard, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Henry Anthony Camillo Howard and Adèle Le Bourgeois Alsop, on 30 June 1984.²

     Hon. Anthea Annabel Palmer was born on 28 June 1956.¹ She is the daughter of Major Hon. Robert Jocelyn Palmer and Anne Rosemary Cooper, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell.¹
     She was given the name of Anthea Palmer at birth.¹ In 1963 her name was legally changed to Anthea Annabel Palmer by Deed Poll.¹ She was educated at Westfield College, London University, London, England^G.¹

     Nan Ino Herbert, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell was born on 13 June 1880.² She was the daughter of Hon. Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert and Lady Florence Amabell Cowper.² She married Lt.-Col. Howard Lister Cooper on 30 April 1917.² She died on 23 November 1958 at age 78.² She was buried at Pentridge, Dorset, England.³
     On 7 September 1907 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.² She succeeded as the 10th Baroness Lucas of Crudwell, co. Wilts [E., 1663] on 4 November 1916.² She succeeded as the 6th Baroness Dingwall, of co. Ross [S., 1609] on 4 November 1916.² Her married name became Cooper.

     Lt.-Col. Howard Lister Cooper married Nan Ino Herbert, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell, daughter of Hon. Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert and Lady Florence Amabell Cowper, on 30 April 1917.¹
     He was awarded the Air Force Cross (A.F.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Hon. Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert was born on 18 June 1838.¹ He was the son of Henry John George Herbert, 3rd Earl of Carnarvon and Henrietta Anna Howard.² He married Lady Florence Amabell Cowper, daughter of George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper and Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas, on 9 August 1871.¹ He died on 5 November 1906 at age 68.¹ He was buried at Highclere Cemetery, Highclere, Hampshire, England.³
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 7th Hussars.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottingham between 1870 and 1874.¹ He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.) by Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Old House, Berry Wood, Ringwood, Hampshire, England.²

     Clarissa Marie Lockett was born in 1955 at Ipswich, Suffolk, England.² She is the daughter of Major George Vivian Lockett and Alice Jeannine Vergne.^1,2 She married Ralph Matthew Palmer, 12th Baron Lucas of Crudwell, son of Major Hon. Robert Jocelyn Palmer and Anne Rosemary Cooper, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell, on 22 July 1978.¹ She and Ralph Matthew Palmer, 12th Baron Lucas of Crudwell were divorced in 1995.¹
     From 22 July 1978, her married name became Palmer. After her marriage, Clarissa Marie Lockett was styled as Baroness Lucas of Crudwell on 31 December 1991.

     Major George Vivian Lockett was born circa 1918.² He married Alice Jeannine Vergne in 1950 at Westminster, London, England.³ He died on 13 October 2007.²
     He was a journalist.³ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He lived at Stratford St. Mary, Colchester, Essex, England^G.¹
