     James Graham, 4th of Orchill and Garvock was the son of John Graham, 3rd of Orchill and Jean Chisholm.1 He married Lilias Oliphant, daughter of Sir Laurence Oliphant, 2nd of Gask and Lilias Oliphant, after 3 November 1668.1 He died circa 10 August 1697.1 He was buried on 13 August 1697 at Greyfriars Kirk, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1
