     Dougall Campbell, 1st of Shirvan was the son of Dougall Campbell, 6th of Inverawe and Janet MacNeill.2 He married Isobel Campbell, daughter of Archibald Campbell of Glen Carradale and Barbara Campbell, circa 1689.1 He died in 1723.1
     He acquired Shirvan.2 He held the office of Baillie of Nether Lorne.2
