Margot Irene Duke was born on 11 January 1919.1 She was the daughter of Percival Augustus Duke and Violet Maud Mappin.1 She married Michael Alfred Rufus Isaacs, 3rd Marquess of Reading, son of Gerald Rufus Isaacs, 2nd Marquess of Reading and Hon. Eva Violet Mond, on 7 June 1941.1 She died on 19 April 2015 at age 96.1
From 7 June 1941, her married name became Isaacs.1 After her marriage, Margot Irene Duke was styled as Marchioness of Reading on 19 September 1960. She lived in 2003 at Farm House, Cornwall, England.3
