York [U.K., 1925] in 1991.2 He lived in 2003 at 148 Oakwood Court, Abbotsbury Road, London, England.1

Michael Alfred Rufus Isaacs, 3rd Marquess of Reading was born on 8 March 1916.3 He was the son of Gerald Rufus Isaacs, 2nd Marquess of Reading and Hon. Eva Violet Mond.3 He married Margot Irene Duke, daughter of Percival Augustus Duke and Violet Maud Mappin, on 7 June 1941.4 He died on 2 July 1980 at age 64.4,3
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.3 He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3 He fought in the Second World War.3 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1940.4 He gained the rank of Major in the Queen’s Bays.3 He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1945.3 He was member of the London Stock Exchange between 1953 and 1980.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Reading, of Erleigh, co. Berks [U.K., 1916] on 19 September 1960.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Marquess of Reading [U.K., 1926] on 19 September 1960.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Erleigh, of Erleigh, co. Berks [U.K., 1917] on 19 September 1960.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Reading, of Erleigh, co. Berks [U.K., 1914] on 19 September 1960.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Reading [U.K., 1917] on 19 September 1960.3
