     Mary Anne Rooke was the daughter of Sir Giles Rooke.¹

     Lady Eleanor Lucy Hicks-Beach was born on 29 October 1875.² She was the daughter of Michael Edward Hicks-Beach, 1st Earl Saint Aldwyn and Lady Lucy Catherine Fortescue.² She married Lt.-Col. Sir John Keane, 5th Bt., son of Sir Richard Henry Keane, 4th Bt. and Adelaide Sidney Vance, on 14 February 1907.¹ She died on 1 December 1960 at age 85.¹
     Her married name became Keane.

     Lt.-Col. Sir John Keane, 5th Bt. was born on 3 June 1873.¹ He was the son of Sir Richard Henry Keane, 4th Bt. and Adelaide Sidney Vance.¹ He married Lady Eleanor Lucy Hicks-Beach, daughter of Michael Edward Hicks-Beach, 1st Earl Saint Aldwyn and Lady Lucy Catherine Fortescue, on 14 February 1907.¹ He died on 30 January 1956 at age 82.¹
     He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Keane, of Cappoquin House, co. Waterford [U.K., 1801] on 17 October 1892.¹ He was commissioned in 1893 with the rank of officer, in the service of the British Army.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1900.¹ He was Private Secretary to the Governor of Ceylon between 1902 and 1905.¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1904 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Waterford in 1911.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1916.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant-Colonel in 1917 in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He held the office of Senator [Irish Free State] between 1922 and 1936.¹ He held the office of Senator [Irish Republic] between 1938 and 1948.¹ He held the office of Chancellor of State [Irish Republic].¹ He was Director of the Bank of Ireland.¹

     Sir Giles Rooke held the office of a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.¹

     Sir Richard Michael Keane, 6th Bt. was born on 29 January 1909.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir John Keane, 5th Bt. and Lady Eleanor Lucy Hicks-Beach.¹ He married Olivia Dorothy Hawkshaw, daughter of Lt.-Col. Oliver Hawkshaw, on 7 June 1939.¹ He died on 28 December 2010 at age 101.²
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He was a diplomatic correspondent with Reuters between 1935 and 1937.¹ He was a diplomatic correspondent with Sunday Times between 1937 and 1939.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Company, London Yeomanry and 10th Royal Hussars.¹ He wrote the book Germany: What Next?, published 1939.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1944.¹ He was a publicity consultant for ICI between 1950 and 1963.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Keane, of Cappoquin House, co. Waterford [U.K., 1801] on 30 January 1956.³ He wrote the book Modern Marvels of Science, published 1961.¹

     Olivia Dorothy Hawkshaw is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Oliver Hawkshaw.¹ She married Sir Richard Michael Keane, 6th Bt., son of Lt.-Col. Sir John Keane, 5th Bt. and Lady Eleanor Lucy Hicks-Beach, on 7 June 1939.¹
     Her married name became Keane.

     Sir John Charles Keane, 7th Bt. was born on 16 September 1941.¹ He is the son of Sir Richard Michael Keane, 6th Bt. and Olivia Dorothy Hawkshaw.¹ He married Corinne de Harzir, daughter of Jean Everard de Harzir, in 1977.¹
     Sir John Charles Keane, 7th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Charles.¹ He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Keane, of Cappoquin House, co.
