Greek.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.1 In 1919 at the Peace Conference, Paris.1 He was president of Horlicks Ltd.1 He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucester between 1923 and 1929.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1938.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Horlick, of Cowley Manor, co. Gloucester [U.K., 1914] on 29 January 1958.1
