     Fiona Mary Sinclair-Lockhart was born in 1979.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Simon John Edward Francis Sinclair-Lockhart of Castle Hill, 15th Bt. and Felicity Edith Stewart.²

     Matthew Sinclair, 9th of Longformacus was the son of James Sinclair of Longformacus.² He married Elizabeth Swinton, daughter of Sir John Swinton, 18th of that Ilk and Margaret Home.¹ He died in 1603.²
     He lived at Longformacus, Berwickshire, Scotland.¹

     Sir John Swinton, 18th of that Ilk is the son of Sir John Swinton, 17th of that Ilk and Katrine Lauder.² He married Margaret Home, daughter of Sir David Home, 3rd of Wedderburn and Isobel Hoppringle, circa 1523.² He died in 1549.²
     He held the office of Warden of the East Marches.²

     Elizabeth Swinton is the daughter of Sir John Swinton, 18th of that Ilk and Margaret Home.^2,3 She married Matthew Sinclair, 9th of Longformacus, son of James Sinclair of Longformacus.¹
     Her married name became Sinclair.

     Patrick Douglas is the son of William Douglas, 3rd of Whittinghame and Elizabeth Lauder.¹

     Marion McMath married Sir John Sinclair of Stevenson, 1st Bt., son of Matthew Sinclair, 9th of Longformacus and Elizabeth Swinton.¹
     Her married name became Sinclair.² She was also known as Marion MacMath.²

     John Sinclair of Stevenson, younger was the son of Sir John Sinclair of Stevenson, 1st Bt. and Marion McMath.² A contract for the marriage of John Sinclair of Stevenson, younger and Isabel Boyd was signed on 29 May 1638.^3,4 He died in 1643, in the lifetime of the father.³

     Alix de Breviare d’Alaincourt was the daughter of unknown, Marquis de Breviare d’Alaincourt and Myra Alexander Dick.^1,2 She married, firstly, Bernard, Comte de Richard d’Ivry before 1946.¹ She married, secondly, Edward Frederick Langley Russell, 2nd Baron Russell of Liverpool, son of Richard Henry Langley Russell and Mabel Suffolk Younge, on 27 May 1946.¹ She died on 8 October 1971 at Dinart, France, killed in a car crash.¹
     After her marriage, Alix de Breviare d’Alaincourt was styled as Baroness Russell of Liverpool on 27 May 1946. From 27 May 1946, her married name became Russell.¹

     Sir John Sinclair of Stevenson, 2nd Bt. was the son of John Sinclair of Stevenson, younger and Isabel Boyd.² He died circa 1652, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Sinclair [N.S., 1636] circa 1649.¹

     Sir Robert Sinclair of Stevenson, 3rd Bt. was the son of John Sinclair of Stevenson, younger and Isabel Boyd.² He married, secondly, Anne Scott, daughter of Sir William Scott of Ardross.¹ He married, firstly, Lady Helen Lindsay, daughter of John Lindsay, 17th Earl of Crawford and Lady Margaret Hamilton, in 1663.¹ He died in July 1713.¹
     He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Sinclair [N.S., 1636] circa 1652.¹ In 1663 he had his lands erected into a (territorial) Barony.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Haddington.¹ He held the office of Baron of the Exchequer.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Haddingtonshire between 1689 and 1702.¹
