     Benjamin Treuhaft was born in 1947.¹ He is the son of Robert Edward Treuhaft and Hon. Jessica Lucy Freeman-Mitford.¹
     He lived in 2003 at 2005 Stuart Street, Berkeley, California, U.S.A.¹

     Nicholas Treuhaft was born in 1944. He was the son of Robert Edward Treuhaft and Hon. Jessica Lucy Freeman-Mitford.¹ He died in 1955, after being hit by a bus.²

     Colonel Alexander Charles Hamilton, 10th Lord Belhaven and Stenton was born on 3 July 1840.² He was the son of William John Hamilton and Hon. Margaret Frances Florence Dillon.³ He married Georgiana Katharine Richmond, daughter of Legh Serle Richmond and Charlotte Georgiana Grimshawe, on 7 July 1880.² He died on 31 October 1920 at age 80 at Wishaw House, Scotland^G, without surviving issue.⁴ He was buried at Cambusnethan Cemetery, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.⁴
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Engineers.² He fought in the Zulu War in 1879.² He was Brigadier of the Surrey Volunteer Infantry Brigade between 1888 and 1902.⁵ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)² He succeeded as the 10th Lord Belhaven and Stenton, co. Haddington [S., 1647] on 6 September 1893.³ In July 1894 his title of Lord Belhaven and Stenton was confirmed in his favour by the House of Lords.² He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)⁵ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lanarkshire.⁵ He held the office of Representative Peer (Liberal Unionist) [Scotland] in 1900.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lanarkshire.⁵

     Georgiana Katharine Richmond was born in 1850 at Clifton, Bristol, England.² She was the daughter of Legh Serle Richmond and Charlotte Georgiana Grimshawe.^1,2 She married Colonel Alexander Charles Hamilton, 10th Lord Belhaven and Stenton, son of William John Hamilton and Hon. Margaret Frances Florence Dillon, on 7 July 1880.¹ She died on 26 September 1932.³ She was buried on 30 September 1932 at Cambusnethan Cemetery, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.³
     Georgiana Katharine Richmond also went by the nick-name of Lilly.⁴ Her married name became Hamilton. After her marriage, Georgiana Katharine Richmond was styled as Baroness Belhaven and Stenton on 6 September 1893.

     Reverend Legh Richmond was born on 29 January 1772 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.² He was the son of Henry Richmond and Catherine Atherton.² He married Mary Chambers.² He died on 8 May 1827 at age 55.²

     Lady Grizel Winifred Louisa Cochrane was born on 14 May 1880.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Douglas Mackinnon Baillie Hamilton Cochrane, 12th Earl of Dundonald and Winifred Bamford-Hesketh.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Ralph Gerard Alexander Hamilton, Master of Belhaven, son of Colonel Alexander Charles Hamilton, 10th Lord Belhaven and Stenton and Georgiana Katharine Richmond, on 1 March 1904.¹ She died on 5 December 1976 at age 96.² She was also reported to have died on 26 September 1932.³
     Her married name became Hamilton.

     Lt.-Col. Robert William Hamilton was born on 12 March 1833.¹ He was the son of William John Hamilton and Martin Trotter.¹ He married Charlotte Maria Palmer, daughter of Colonel George Palmer and Elizabeth Charlotte Surtees, on 10 July 1856.¹ He died on 3 October 1883 at age 50.¹
     He unsuccessfully claimed the Lordship of Belhaven and Stenton, on the death of the 8th Lord.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.¹ He lived at Holyfield Hall, Essex, England^G.¹

     Charlotte Maria Palmer was born circa 1835.² She was the daughter of Colonel George Palmer and Elizabeth Charlotte Surtees.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Robert William Hamilton, son of William John Hamilton and Martin Trotter, on 10 July 1856.¹ She died on 2 January 1916.¹
     Her married name became Hamilton.

     Henry Alfred Newton was the son of Francis Rodes Newton and Anna Louisa Gyllich.² He married Mary Geraldine Hamilton, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert William Hamilton and Charlotte Maria Palmer, on 21 May 1901.¹ He died on 18 January 1924.¹
