She is the daughter of William Henry Lawrence Peter Wentworth-Fitzwilliam, 8th Earl Fitzwilliam and Olive Dorothea Plunket.1 She married, firstly, Victor Frederick Cochrane Hervey, 6th Marquess of Bristol, son of Herbert Arthur Robert Hervey, 5th Marquess of Bristol and Lady Jean Alice Elaine Cochrane, on 23 April 1960.1 She and Victor Frederick Cochrane Hervey, 6th Marquess of Bristol were divorced in 1972.1 She married, secondly, Somerset Struben de Chair, son of Admiral Sir Dudley Rawson Stratford de Chair and Enid Struben, in 1974.3,4 She married, thirdly, Dr. Christopher Tadgell in 1997.5
Lady Ann Juliet Dorothea Maud Wentworth-Fitzwilliam usually went by her middle name of Juliet.3 She graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)3 After her marriage, Lady Ann Juliet Dorothea Maud Wentworth-Fitzwilliam was styled as Marchioness of Bristol on 23 April 1960.
