     Beaumont Hotham was born on 8 September 1833.¹ He was the son of Rear-Admiral Hon. George Frederick Hotham and Lady Susan Maria O’Brien.¹ He died on 5 June 1848 at age 14.¹

     Admiral Sir Peter Halkett of Pitferrane, 6th Bt. was born on 6 October 1765.^2,3 He was the son of Sir John Wedderburn Halkett of Pitferrane, 4th Bt. and Mary Hamilton.² He was baptised on 23 October 1765 at Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland.³ He married Elizabeth Todd, daughter of William Todd, on 14 October 1802.² He died on 7 October 1839 at age 74.²
     He gained the rank of Admiral of the Blue.² He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Hanoverian Order (G.C.H.)² He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Halkett, of Pitferrane [N.S., 1697] on 26 January 1837.¹

     Reverend John Hallet Hotham was born on 25 August 1811.¹ He was the son of Rev. Hon. Frederick Hotham and Anne Elizabeth Hodges.¹ He died on 25 August 1901 at age 90, unmarried.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the Vicar at Sutton-at-Home, Kent, England.¹

     Louisa Hotham was born on 14 April 1807.² She was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Frederick Hotham and Anne Elizabeth Hodges.¹ She was baptised on 12 April 1808 at Rochester Cathedral, Rochester, Kent, England.² She married Lt.-Col. Patrick Grieve on 12 March 1844 at Marylebone, London, England.² She died in 1894.²

     Frederica Beaumont Hotham was born in 1808.² She was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Frederick Hotham and Anne Elizabeth Hodges.¹ She was baptised on 13 July 1808 at Weasenham All Saints, Norfolk, England.² She married Reverend Charles Montagu Doughty, son of Reverend George Clarke Doughty and Catherine Revett, on 29 January 1840 at Dennington, Suffolk, England.² She died on 1 September 1843.²

     Henrietta Gertrude Hotham was born on 13 June 1821 at Dennington, Suffolk, England.² She was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Frederick Hotham and Anne Elizabeth Hodges.¹ She was baptised on 14 June 1821 at Dennington, Suffolk, England.² She died on 4 April 1858 at age 36 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.²

     Amelia Dorothy Hotham was born on 9 February 1810.² She was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Frederick Hotham and Anne Elizabeth Hodges.¹ She was baptised on 4 November 1810 at Rochester Cathedral, Rochester, Kent, England.² She died on 4 April 1858 at age 48 at Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.²

     Reverend Henry Hotham was born on 19 November 1814.¹ He was the son of Rev. Hon. Frederick Hotham and Anne Elizabeth Hodges.¹ He married Mary Hale, daughter of Hon. John Hale and Elizabeth Frances Amherst, on 10 July 1845.¹ He died on 30 August 1900 at age 85.¹
     He was the Vicar at Woodnesborough, Kent, England.¹

     Elizabeth Frances Amherst is the daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Amherst and Elizabeth Paterson.¹ She married Hon. John Hale, son of General John Hale and Mary Chaloner.¹
     Her married name became Hale.¹
