Somerset [G.B., 1782] on 2 January 1802.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Radnorshire between 1805 and 1842.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1

Thomas James Harley-Rodney, 4th Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke1 
He was given the name of Thomas James Rodney at birth.1 On 4 November 1805 his name was legally changed to Thomas James Harley-Rodney by Royal Licence.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke, co. Somerset [G.B., 1782] on 21 June 1842.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Rodney [G.B., 1764] on 21 June 1842.1
Reverend Spencer Rodney, 5th Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke1 
He was Rector between 1805 and 1818 at Elmley, Kent, England.1 He was Fellow of All Souls between 1807 and 1844 at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke, co. Somerset [G.B., 1782] on 30 October 1843.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Rodney [G.B., 1764] on 30 October 1843.1
