     Evan Sinclair Kerr was born on 18 November 1894 at Scotland.¹ He was the son of Colonel John MacGregor Kerr and Janetta Margareat NAirne.¹ He married Marian Catherine Sopwith, daughter of Venerable Thomas Karl Sopwith and Esme Marian Hankey, in 1925 at Maidstone, Kent, England.¹ He died in September 1990 at age 95 at Chichester, Sussex, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. George Rodney, 2nd Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke was born on 25 December 1753.¹ He is the son of Admiral George Brydges Rodney, 1st Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke and Jane Compton.² He married Anne Harley, daughter of Hon. Thomas Harley, on 10 April 1781.¹ He died on 2 January 1802 at age 48.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Foot Guards.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Northampton between 1780 and 1784.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1783.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke, co. Somerset [G.B., 1782] on 24 May 1792.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Rodney [G.B., 1764] on 24 May 1792.¹

     Captain James Rodney was the son of Admiral George Brydges Rodney, 1st Baron Rodney of Rodney Stoke and Jane Compton.² He died in 1776, lost at sea, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Colonel John MacGregor Kerr was born on 5 April 1839 at India.¹ He married Janetta Margareat NAirne.¹ He died in 1915 at Elham, Kent, England.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Madras Cavalry.¹

     Janetta Margareat NAirne was born circa 1850 at Dunsinnan, Perthshire, Scotland.¹ She married Colonel John MacGregor Kerr.¹
     Her married name became Kerr.¹

     Janetta Marian Kerr is the daughter of Evan Sinclair Kerr and Marian Catherine Sopwith.¹ She married Louis P. McVille in 1949 at Maidstone, Kent, England.¹
     From 1949, her married name became McVille.¹

     Sir John Alexander Sinclair was born on 29 May 1897.¹ He was the son of Venerable John Stewart Sinclair and Clara Sophia Birchall.² He married Esmé Beatrice Sopwith, daughter of Venerable Thomas Karl Sopwith and Esme Marian Hankey, on 6 July 1927 at Maidstone, Kent, England.¹ He died on 22 March 1977 at age 79.¹
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England.³ He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.³ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, London, England.³ He fought in the First World War.³ He gained the rank of Midshipman between 1914 and 1916 in the Royal Navy.³ He gained the rank of Major between 1935 and 1937 in the Royal Artillery.³ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1940.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1945.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1953.¹ He was head of the Secret Intelligence Service between 1953 and 1956.¹

     John Harding married Judith Freke, daughter of William Freke and Anne Swaine, on 1 October 1622.¹
     He lived at Woolcomb, Dorset, England.¹

     Sarah Margaret Dolphin was born on 9 January 1951.¹ She is the daughter of Brigadier Cyril Edwin Harold Dolphin and Diana Margaret Bowly.² She married Roderick John Sinclair, son of Sir John Alexander Sinclair and Esmé Beatrice Sopwith, on 14 May 1977.³
     From 14 May 1977, her married name became Sinclair.
