     Charles Forbes Rivett-Carnac was born on 17 January 1824.1 He was the son of Sir James Rivett-Carnac, 1st Bt. and Anna Maria Richardes.2 He married, firstly, Flora Elizabeth Baker, daughter of J. Baker, on 7 August 1849.1 He married, secondly, Isabel Stannus Gordon, daughter of Colonel Alexander Gordon, on 14 June 1865 at Calcutta, Bengal, India.1,3 He died on 29 November 1902 at age 78.1
     He was in the Bengal Civil Service.1

S. Ogilivie, in 1877.1 He married, secondly, Frances Clytie Greenstock, daughter of William Greenstock and Frances Ellen Cotterill, on 5 July 1906.1 He died on 9 September 1935 at age 82.1
     He was in the Indian Civil Service between 1872 and 1903.1 He was financial advisor to the Siamese Government between 1898 and 1906.1 He was financial agent to the Siamese Government between 1906 and 1915.1
